The palace was built between 1681 and 1687 in the Baroque style and remained the property of the Radziwiłł family for most of its history until the beginning of the 19th century. In 1823, the palace was purchased by General Ludwik Michał Pac, for whom it was extensively rebuilt. Since then, it has been known as Pac Palace. The palace was partially destroyed during the Second World War and was reconstructed between 1948 and 1951. From 1918 to 1939, the building housed the Warsaw Regional Court (District Court). Since 1951, it has served as the headquarters of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Poland. 1346200 3175 0 0 Address: Miodowa Str. 15 Warsaw 22 and 23 September – a conference in the e-Health Centre left 3810 0 0 Address: 5A Stanisława Dubois Transport Ministry of Health provides a bus transfer between Novotel Warszawa Centrum Hotel and the Ministry of Health (21 September) and e-Health Centre (22 and 23 September) . Warsaw, August 21, 2026 H.E. Dr. Karmen Joller Minister of Social Affairs of Estonia Your Excellency, Dear Dr. Joller , I have the honour to invite you to participate in the High-Level Conference “Beyond Digitalisation: Operating Health Systems with Data, AI and Cybersecurity at Scale” , which will take place in Warsaw, Poland, from 21 to 23 September 2026. Organised by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Poland and the eHealth Centre ( CeZ ), the conference will bring together ministers, senior policymakers, international organisations and experts from across the WHO European Region and beyond to discuss how health systems can effectively leverage data, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity to improve outcomes, strengthen resilience and enhance public trust. As digital transformation enters a new phase, the key challenge is no longer digitalisation itself, but the capacity of health systems to operate and govern data-driven, AI-enabled and cyber-resilient services at scale. The conference will provide a platform to exchange experiences, identify common challenges and explore opportunities for regional cooperation in these areas. I would be delighted to welcome you, or a senior representative of your Ministry, to Warsaw, and I am confident that your participation would make a valuable contribution to the discussions. Please find attached the concept note and provisional agenda. I look forward to welcoming you to Poland. Yours sincerely, Jolanta Sobierańska-Grenda Minister of Health Republic of Poland
