Patendivolinike nimekirjade kinnitamine Euroopa Komisjoni ja Euroopa Liidu
Intellektuaalomandi Ameti (EUIPO) toetusprogrammi SME Fund teenuste IP Scan ja IP Scan
Enforcement osutamiseks
Käskkiri kehtestatakse Patendiameti põhimääruse § 9 punkti 4, § 10 punktide 6 ja 10 ning § 15 punkti
3 alusel ning lähtudes vajadusest tagada toetusprogrammi SME Fund IP Scan ja IP Scan
Enforcement teenuste osutamine nõuetele vastavate teenusepakkujate poolt:
1. Kinnitan käesoleva käskkirja lisadena SME Fund teenuste IP Scan ja IP Scan Enforcement
osutamiseks nõuetele vastavate patendivolinike nimekirjad (Lisa 1 ja Lisa 2).
