Annex 2: Travel Instructions
You are hereby invited to take part in the meeting of the SUCBAS Technical Working
Group combine with SUCBAS Operational Working Group, which will convene on 26-29 of
October 2026, in Gdynia POLAND.
The meeting will be focused on an update of the current operational status of SUCBAS
for each SUCBAS Technical and Operational WGs, update Operational and Technical WGs
chairmanship schedule as well as pMS successions for both SUCBAS WGs. It is possible to
expand the meeting schedule with any other business that pMS are consider vital for
functionality of SUCBAS Technical and/or Operational WG. Equally important element of the
conference is to reestablish SUCBAS Networking Organization agreed and written down in
SUCBAS Concept of Operation and SUCBAS Terms of Reference documents.
In the event that there is a need to include additional participants, or replacements to
the identified members of above mentioned WGs representatives, you are kindly requested to
forward the invitation through internal information system of your own organizations.

Please be informed on the key points of the event and travel advises for SUCBAS
Technical and Operational Working Groups Meeting in Gdynia, Poland 26-29 OCT 2026.
1. DATE: 26 to 29 of OCT 2026

5. DRESS CODE: Business (jacket and tie) during the meetings. Smart casual (open collar)
for the cultural event.
6. CONFERENCE FEE: There is conference fee, 2 days in total. 70 EUR
7. ACCOMMODATIONS: Gdynia has a wide range of hotels available for you. However, for
your convenience we recommend accommodation at the Hotel Nadmorski where 30
rooms have been pre-booked for the 26 to 29 of October 2026. Room reservation should
be made be individuals before 18 of October 2026. The price for the standard single
room is approx. 85 EUR. Reservation should be made by individuals before 18 of October
by sending email:

8. TRAVEL: It is recommended to use air travel. Nearest airport is located Gdansk.
9. TRANSPORTATION: Host nation does not provide the transportation from/to the airport.
Taxis and public transportation are available for the participants at the airport.
10. CURRENCY: Poland currency is polish zloty (PLN) and current rate of exchange to EUR is
approx.: 1:20. It might cause slight differences of the prices presented to you in EUR.
