FYI please be aware that we have collected only attainable data. Most of the proceeding processes are manual and we are still developing the information system for the better management of the finding. Therefore, in some cases it is unreasonable to collect these indicators manually. But we are taken into account these reports in our new information system. Thus, you are kindly requested to fill-in the attached questionnaire and send it back to [email protected] by the 9th of November. We would like to stress the fact that the EPAS campaign is meant to help EASA: - monitoring the effectiveness and progress of SMS implementation considering available data, as well as, - identifying key areas for improvement, look into the differences in the various domains, etc. This will also help us determine future EPAS actions to further support SMS implementation. In any case, we would like to assure you that the Agency will not use the data collected for those indicators to establish some sort of performance dashboard, nor to score/benchmark States. We will apply special care when drawing conclusions from the data collected, maintaining awareness of context and limitations.
