Independent Activity : Dr Bruno Grafe engaged in part-time secondary employment (German „ Minijob “) with Watergenics GmbH (Berlin, Germany) alongside his affiliation/employment with the Department of Geology at TalTech. His work for Watergenics GmbH was conducted entirely independently of his official duties, the scope of his employment, and his academic research projects at TalTech. 2. No University Resources : Dr Bruno Grafe’s tasks for Watergenics GmbH were performed without utilising any of TalTech’s facilities, laboratories, specialised equipment, funds, or pre-existing university intellectual property. 3. Non-Assertion of IP Rights : Consequently, TalTech and the Department of Geology assert no ownership rights, title, copyright, patent rights, or financial claims over any work results, software, algorithms, data, technical documentation, or inventions generated by Dr Bruno Grafe for or on behalf of Watergenics GmbH.
