The framework Agreement establishes the terms and conditions under which procurement contracts are awarded during the term of validity of this Agreement. We hereby propose LS telcom AG to participate in the negotiated procedure procurement and to submit a tender. Please find the procurement documents attached to the e-mail and in the same time I invite you have a web meeting so we could shortly introduce the procurement procedure, plans and timeframe.
