1. Korraldada koostöös WIPOga 18. ja 19. jaanuaril 2017 Park Inn by Radisson Meriton Conference & Spa
Hotel Tallinnas WIPO regionaalne kohtumine “Baltic States Pilot Project on Development of the Pool
of Regional IP Commercialization Experts: IP Asset Management Strategy for Academic
Institutions” Balti riikide ülikoolide intellektuaalomandi kommertsialiseerimise spetsialistidele.
2. Määran ürituse korraldusliku poole eest vastutajateks teabeürituste koordinaatorid Thea Toomla ja Triin
Urviste.
3. Haldusjuhil Sirje Sinilol korraldada 18. jaanuari 2017 õhtusöögiks 50 osaleja transport.
4. Finantsjuhil Aasa Süllal eraldada Patendiameti 2017. aasta eelarvest rahalised vahendid kohtumise
korraldamiseks ja läbiviimiseks.

Beneficiary institutions from each country should jointly prepare the list of
their experienced challenges, as well as identified best practices in the
process of developing market strategy for knowledge transfer or IP
commercialization in their respective institutions, under specific national
context (such as existence or non – existence of relevant laws, incentive
policies, tax incentives, specific legal entity of academic institutions,
ownership issue etc.). This summary of conclusions and proposals should
be presented by the speaker, nominated by all national beneficiary
institutions.
