Haldusjuhil Sirje Sinilol korraldada 18. jaanuari 2017 õhtusöögiks 50 osaleja transport. 4. Finantsjuhil Aasa Süllal eraldada Patendiameti 2017. aasta eelarvest rahalised vahendid kohtumise korraldamiseks ja läbiviimiseks.
