Dear Colleagues, We are writing to you on behalf of the Department of Digital Development, Information Policy, and Tourism of Odesa Regional State Administration, Ukraine. The Odesa region possesses immense tourism potential, combining multinational cultural heritage, unique gastronomy, seaside resorts, nature parks, and health resources. We are convinced that border regions like ours hold great promise for the development of joint tourism routes and cross-border initiatives. We are sincerely interested in establishing a bilateral partnership to exchange experience, share best practices, and promote our regions on an international level. Specifically, we see potential for cooperation in the following areas: * Creation of joint cultural-historical and gastronomic routes; * Conducting bilateral information campaigns and mutual tourism promotion; * Participation in joint forums, exhibitions, and initiatives; * Studying the experience of developing rural, ecological, event tourism, and artisanal production. We also highly value your professional experience in tourism management and aim to adopt the best global practices for effectively shaping the modern image of the Odesa region. In light of these shared interests, we would be delighted to hold a brief online meeting (via Zoom / Google Meet) for introductions, an exchange of ideas, and a discussion of potential avenues for cooperation. We are confident that such a dialogue will contribute to strengthening tourism ties between our countries and, in the long term, will help to effectively restore and popularize our border regions following the cessation of hostilities in Ukraine.
