Laeva nimi ja HEL-125, IMO 7635804 registreerimisnumber Laeva kutsung SPG2387 Uuringu kuupäevad 14.04.2025–05.10.2025 Mereuuringuloa lisatingimused ja uuringuloa omaja kohustused: 1. uuringud peavad toimuma kooskõlas rahvusvaheliste ja Eesti Vabariigi õigusaktidega ega tohi segada laevaliiklust; 2. teatada Eesti Mereväele (kutsung „Merevalvekeskus“) Eesti Vabariigi merealale sisenemise koht ja aeg kas e-mailil [email protected] (eelistatult), VHF sagedustel 156.475 MHz (kanal 69) või 156.800 MHz (kanal 16) või telefonil +372 71 77943; 3. eavitada Kliimaministeeriumit kui mereuuringu- ja laevaloa andjat viivitamata uuringuprojekti olulistest muudatustest e-mailil [email protected]. Transpordiamet on 07.03.2025 andnud poide paigaldamiseks loa ning esitanud tingimused 3Bird OÜ-le kirjaga nr 6.1-2/25/2741-6 (lisa). Mereuuringu- ja laevaloa andmise peale võib 30 päeva jooksul haldusakti teatavakstegemisest arvates esitada halduskohtule kaebuse halduskohtumenetluse seadustikus sätestatud korras. On 07.03.2025, the Transport Administration has issued a permit for the installation of buoys and submitted the conditions to 3Bird OÜ by letter No 6.1-2/25/2741-6 (Annex). In accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, issuing of this Marine Research Permit and Entry Clearance may be filed in Administrative Court within 30 days after the issuance of the Permit.
