It was my pleasure to participate with my colleague Teresa del Riego as part of the delegation of the World Jurist Association during the commemoration of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo. As announced during my intervention in the panel, I would like to extend the President of your Court, Villu Kõve, an invitation as Speaker in the World Jurist Association Tribute to Justice Anthony Kennedy, former member of the US Supreme Court. The event will take place in Madrid, on March 4-5, 2024, at the World Law Foundation’s Rule of Law Digital Center.
