The Presidency of the International Criminal Court ("ICC") has the honour to transmit the enclosed letter to invite H.E. Judge Villu Kõve, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Republic of Estonia to participate in the Judicial Seminar on "Securing Meaningful Justice for Victims – Models and Experiences”, and a ceremony for the Opening of the Judicial Year, which will both take place on Friday 19 January 2024, at the seat of the Court in The Hague, the Netherlands.
