Please consider these objectives carefully when requesting your activities in the next section. Above all, you should make sure that the activities you request can contribute to achieving your objectives - this will be one of the key measures for evaluating your activities once they are finished. Objective 1 : Iseseisvalt reisimine on erivajadusega noortel piiratud ning paljudel on tundmatu ees ka hirm. Meeskonnaga võetakse ühine vastutus reisi planeerimise osas ning kogu reisi vältel. Õpitakse toime tulema kultuuride erinevusest tulenevate väljakutsetega ning julgustatakse looma suhteid teisest kultuuriruumist pärit noortega. Läbi selle kasvab enesekindlus ning julgus enda mõtteid jagada ning hiljem ka teha teadlikke otsuseid enda enesearengu teekonnal. Lisaks on tähtsal kohal ka suhtlemis- ja keeleoskuse areng. Protsess algab juba planeerimise alguses, kus noortel tuleb kõigepealt omavahel ning juhendajaga suhelda, seejärel reisi enda vältel (ka võõrastega) ning sihtkohas teisest riigist noortega. Lisaks üldisele suhtlusoskusele on eesmärk parandada ka noorte võõrkeele oskust uues keskkonnas. Objective 2 : Lähtuvalt noore erivajadusest on tihti keeruline kasvatada tema arusaama teistest kultuuridest, sh. solidaarsust. Seda on raske õpetada ilma reaalse kogemuseta. Noore maailmapildi avardamine läbi erinevate kultuuride tundma õppimise annab võimaluse avastada, et olenevalt kultuuriruumist on inimesed kõik sarnaste emotsioonide ja vajadustega. Teisalt puutudes kokku erivajadusega noortega teisest kultuuriruumist võib see tekitada ka ühtekuuluvustunnet ning teadmist, et noor ei ole üksi. Objective 3 : Keskuse üks strateegilisi eesmärke on erivajadusega noorte digipädevuste arendamine, mille saavutamiseks kasutame erinevaid kohalikus keskkonnas kasutatavaid tööriistu. Erasmus+ projekt on üheks tööriistaks, et digipädevuste arendamiseks leida uusi tööriistu ning võimalusi ka kohaliku tasandi väliselt. Projektis osalemine annab võimaluse praktiliselt katsetada erinevaid digilahendusi, kasutades neid reisi planeerimise ning kohapeal olemise faasis (broneerimise keskkonnad, informatsiooni otsimine kasutades digilahendusi, erinevad kaardirakendused jm). Samuti hilisemas faasis kontakti hoidmine tekkinud tuttavatega, kasutades erinevaid veebilahendusi. Objective 4 : Rahvusvahelised kohtumised on hea võimalus erivajadusega noortega töötavatel noorsootöötajatel luua kolleegidega võrgustikke, mille kaudu vahetada häid praktikaid ning õppida uusi meetodeid, kuidas erivajadusega noorte arengut toetada. Toetudes riskianalüüsile on keskuse üheks kitsaskohaks asjaolu, et paljud töötajad ei räägi inglise keelt kas üldse või piisaval tasemel. Õpirände abil on võimalik ka töötajate keeleoskuse arendamine ning eeskätt erialase sõnavara õppimine välismaa kolleegidelt. See annab hiljem võimaluse rahvusvaheliseks koostööks, aga ka võõrkeelsete materjalide läbi töötamiseks ning keskusesse kasutusele võtmiseks. Kord aastas toimuvatel arenguvestlustelt väljendub läbi töötaja loodud enesearenguplaani ka välisprojektides osalemise tahe ja ambitsioon. How does the budget request work? Based on the information provided in this section, a budget will be generated using a system of average costs. At final report level, your final grant will be calculated based on the exact flows of participants and associated unit costs as defined in the Programme Guide. The figures that you provide in the first table below will also serve as your targets for implementation. If the National Agency is not able to provide funding for all of your requested activities and/or participants, the targets included in your grant agreement will be adjusted accordingly. At the end of the grant agreement, your results will be evaluated based on the agreed target figures. For this reason, it is important to make the most realistic request possible, rather than the most ambitious one. During implementation, the actual number of participants and duration of activities may vary, but the system will allow reasonable adjustments. You should always be able to explain your choices in relation to your objectives. Please complete the following table with the required information for each activity you intend to implement. Kogemused kutsehariduse valdkonnas erivajadustega õppijate õpirännete läbiviimisel on näidanud, et Astangu Keskuse õppijate puhul on optimaalne arvestada õpirändele 1 saatja 2 õppija kohta, et tagada vajalik mitmekülgne tugi kõigile õppijatele kogu reisi vältel, sealhulgas reisikorralduses, igapäevatoimingutes, uute olukordadega kohanemisel ning vajadusel ka terviseprobleemidega seotud olukordades. Astangu Keskuse noortevahetustel osalejad on erivajadustega kohanemis- ja tööõppekursuste õppijad, kes õpivad suurema igapäevaeluoskuste ja sotsiaalsete oskuste fookusega õppekavadel ning nende toevajadus on suurem kui kutseõppe õppijatel. Seetõttu on eriti oluline tagada samal tasemel tugi ka noortevahetustele minevatele noortele, nagu on kutseõppe õpirännete puhul. See tähendab, et ühel noortevahetusel on Astangu Keskusest ja partnerorganisatsioonist kokku 12 õppijaga kaasas 6 grupijuhti/saatjat.
