Belgium (hereinafter referred to as "Attorney")

the Principal, and to act on its behalf, in any proceedings before or communications
with all national regulatory and competent authorities in connection with the Principal’s
obligations under the applicable communications laws, including, without limitation, the EU
Electronic Communications Code and its national transposition laws across the European
Economic Area as well as the UK Communications Act, and all related regulations, to the widest
extent permitted by law, including, but not limited to, filing general authorisation notifications,
license applications and responding to information requests as well as general requests for
electronic data collection through online portals.
The Attorney may appoint within the scope of this Power of Attorney its substitute, with such
substitute being exclusively another attorney at law, Attorney’s legal trainee or other employee. If
the Attorney appoints more representatives, each of them may act individually and independently.
