Sorry for long delay, but we have now collected all the samples for the thin sections.
There are 46 samples altogether:
11 crystalline rock samples that might need extra cutting
26 limestone samples, that should be in right size
9 sandstone samples, that all need cutting and most of them are also poorly cemented (maybe these need to be coverered or treated differently).
Could you send an updated price quote for the service please.
I am sending the sample list aswell. You can see that the sample numbers are quite long, so it would be good to write the shorter versions from column B on the thin sections.
I’ll try to ship the samples by the end of this week.
