Kreutzwaldi 5 Brook Lane 44314 Rakvere Ranton Estonia Stafford Staffordshire ST18 9JY Company Number ABN 84 061 219 985 10th November 2021 Proposal PRJ00090 Project: Review of Scientific Report Attention: Mr. Siim Nirgi 1 Introduction Following discussions with Dr Frank Wrobel, an independent geologist, Tiit Kaasik of the Geological Survey of Estonia, and Dermot Smyth, an independent geochemist, and correspondence with Siim Nirgi of the Geological Survey of Estonia, it is understood that a scientific report has been prepared after an extensive programme of drilling, preparation, analysis and investigation. It is further understood that the nearly 300 page document (“Estimation of the Exploration Potential of the Jõhvi Magnetic Anomaly Field, Estonia”) is undergoing its final review and that a final proof reading is required. 2 Approach ANB Mining Ltd. (ANB Mining) would be able to undertake the proof-reading function using its minerals and mining expertise, and offer advice as to spelling, grammar, language and formatting of the document to the compilers of the scientific report. This process would be undertaken by receiving the scientific report electronically (preferably in Microsoft® Word format), and systematically reviewing the contents. 3 Timing It is understood that the review process should be completed by mid-December 2021, to allow finalisation of the scientific report in preparation for presentation to the relevant governmental department(s). To achieve this, the chapters currently available for review should be sent to ANB Mining on acceptance of this proposal, so that the appropriate level of review can be undertaken. Company Number: 9046952 VAT Registration Number 209 3991 86 documentation from the authors of the scientific report in a timely and ordered manner. 4 Commercial Terms Based on the information presented by the representatives of the Geological Survey of Estonia, and their advisers, it is likely that the review can be undertaken over six days (at a professional fee rate of €500/day), with an additional day set aside for administrative and management functions (discussions with the project team members, preparation of a suitable report, any necessary research etc.) (at a professional fee rate of €500/day). It is unlikely that any additional costs will be incurred for travel, communication (telephone calls) or any consumables. The total cost that would be incurred is as follows: Six days @ €500/day (scientific report review) €3,000 One day @ €500/day (administrative issues) €500 Total cost €3,500 Once the scientific report has been reviewed and no further requirements are expected, an invoice will be prepared and sent to the Geological Survey of Estonia. It is expected that payment will be made within 30 days of receipt of the invoice. 5 Concluding Remarks ANB Mining thanks the Geological Survey of Estonia for the opportunity to contribute to this exciting project.
