Antrim , Northern Ireland , BT28 3YZ , UK (hereinafter referred to as Contractor), hereinafter also jointly referred to as Parties and separately as Party based on Articles 8.2 and 10.2 of the contract for service (Contract) No 9-1/20-74-1 concluded on 09 .0 4 .2020 and the amendment s of Contract No 9-1/21-31-1 concluded on 02 . 02 .202 1 , No 9-1/21-86-1 concluded on 18.03.2021 , No 9-1/21-167-1 concluded on 15.06.2021 and No 9-1/21-209-1 concluded on 1 2 .0 8 .2021 agreed to modify the Contract as follows: Amend the Article 2.2 as follows : The Contractor shall perform the Work specified in Article 2.1 and shall hand over all deliverables of the Work by 12 th November 2021. Amend the Article 6.1 as follows : Consultancy rate is 65 ( sixty five ) euros per hour . Contract covers maximum of 4 5 3 hours of consultancy services . This Amendment will be effective as of the date of last signature . This Amendment has been drawn up in two originals legally in power , one for each Party .
