2. Term of Agreement

3. Services to Be Performed
The purpose of this contract is to provide senior expert consultancy and advisory for the Customer
in
the development and execution of a major Eeoenergy project under the management of the

Customerand geoenergy related know how building of the Customer. The servlces shall be

international contractor and stakeholder relations. The Project is planned to be executed in
