Note: 100/2025 The Ernbassy of the People’s Republic of China in the RepubLic of Estonia presents its complirnents to the Ministry of Social Affairs, and with reference to the forthcoming second regular session of the UNICEF Executive Board, has the honor to state as follows: China is the world’s largest developing Country with more than 297 million children and adolescents. Facing a profound demographie transforrnation and the realistic Challenge of unbalaneed urban-rural regional development whieh has a signifieant impaCt on the development of Children, China looks forward to deepen Cooperation with UNICEF under the new Country Program with the government of China (2026-2030), so as to jointly improve the well-being ofChildren and advanee the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. We sineerely hope that the Government of the Republic of Estonia, as a mernber of the Executive Board, will give fuli Consideration to China’s sinCerity and efforts in aehieving the fuli development of ehildren, and lend the valuable support to the new Country Program with the government of China (2026-2030).
