The Ministerial Conference will provide an opportunity for all countries to exchange views on the latest political developments and challenges in the field of drugs and addictions. This will allow for Pompidou Group member States, Council of Europe countries that are not members of the Pompidou Group and observers, as well as international organisations to be represented and exchange views at the Conference. The working languages of the 19th Ministerial Conference will be English and French. During the Ministerial Conference, representatives of the Pompidou Group member States will endorse the report on the implementation of the 2023-2025 Work Programme, elect a new Presidency and Vice- Presidency for a four-year term, adopt the new Work Programme for the period 2026-2029 and issue a political declaration. The draft programme of the Conference is enclosed. The following link will lead you to the online registration form which should be filled in by 3 October 2025 by each member of your delegation. All relevant information relating to the Conference, including a form to request speaking time, will be distributed by the Secretariat of the Pompidou Group following the registration.
