Dear Friends and partners,
after fixing and ending our project I just finished the final calculation:

What you can find here are the 1st payments done in 2019/2020 to your organisation (Yellow) and the second
payment (green) referring to the travel costs in the Project.
As more as you used the contingent for sending the people to the project meetings, as higher ist he lumpsum oft he
second payment. You can find the percentage of using the travelling buget in the attached excel list. Only Astangu
and Intras reached 100% using the traveling budget.
Remember: we decided at the the first coordinators meeting, to reduce the funding for project management by
75 € by partner to fund the travelling of Helsinki Deaconess foundation to Tallinn, because there is no funding for
HDI because it ist o close (less than 100km). This amount could be reduced to 57,50 because there was only one
person in Tallinn, which leads into a sum of 575 € travelling costs. So instead of 6.000 management funding we have
5.942,50 € for each organisation.
All details you can find in the excel list attached. As well in the excel list you can find detail travelling costs for each
organisation by meeting. Hope it is clear and understandable.
If you have any questions please contact me and ask, maybe I made a mistake, so please check and confirm the
calculation then I will forward the money as soon as the NA transfered it.
All COVID expanses were granted and accepted.
For Intras I will forward the Mail to Pablo and Henar, Astangu to Veronika and Kristjan because I don´t know who is
responsible after the coordinators left.
