The NA Germany just sent me already a feedback on our project of Digital Invitation. We reached 88 points with our final report, which is okay and everything is granted. Yeah. I will finalize the last payment as soon as possible but not before the beginning oft he next year. I will have a look to the travellings really done and then finalize the last payment for you. Overview: Project management declared: 66.000 € needed: 66.000 € Travel costs declared: 95.310 € needed: 82.475 € Total: 161.310 € needed: 148.475 € So we have no shortages at all. It is now up to me to see who needs less for travelling (less participants, etc.) and then I will make the final declaration. I think it was all well done, and thanks again vfor your support and your help. Keep an eye in your next projects on the dissemination and the dissemination proofs – as you can see the evaluators checked all our pages and dissemination activities this might be a good hint fort he next projects. The utilization of funds of your project amounts to 92,04 %. For further details, please refer to the attached budget overview. After taking into account the advance payment of 129,048.00 EUR, the remaining amount to be paid out by the National Agency at BIBB is 19,427.00 EUR. This amount will be transferred to the account specified in your contract within the next few days. From the point of view of content, we would like to give you the following feedback on your final report: Your final report was awarded 88.00 points out of a maximum of 100 points to be achieved. The score achieved is not related to the score of your application. Relevance of the project/strategy The main objective of the project "Digital Innovation in Vocational Education and Training - Digital InVitation" was to exchange good and best practices on the use of digital teaching/learning in a holistic perspective and ultimately to promote their application in the participating VET institutions. For this purpose, a lively exchange of experiences between the 10 participating institutions from eight countries (DE [3], EE, AT, FR, PT, FI, SI, ES) was to be initiated, and the documentation of the workshops and the "best practice models were to be available to a broad public" in order to also achieve effects beyond the partnership. The objectives were clearly addressed by the project activities in that there was a lively exchange of experiences at the transnational project meetings (TPM), which were simultaneously planned and conducted as workshops, and the capacities of the partner institutions were clearly strengthened with regard to the use of digital technologies in teaching/learning/communication processes. The final report shows well how individual (sub-)objectives defined in the application were addressed and that these objectives were met. The target groups were involved from the beginning through the selection of project partners and could be reached through dissemination activities. The final report does not go into enough detail regarding concrete learning outcomes for participants on the one hand and concrete effects regarding the use of digital teaching/learning methods and tools at the partner institutions on the other hand, although individual transferred approaches are also shown on the basis of some examples. Overall, it is emphasized that the transnational exchange and also the cooperation of organizations from different areas (e.g. elderly care, disability care, vocational training, youth welfare) has brought substantial added value. The European added value clearly lies in the exchange, learning and awareness raising processes initiated and promoted by the transnational cooperation on a broad level. Quality of the project design and implementation 2 The final report does not indicate any significant changes in the content of the project implementation compared to the application. Rather, additional topics (e.g. cyber-bullying) were addressed. Organizationally, there were Covid-19 related changes: The project duration was extended by 12 months, which ultimately allowed all six planned F2F (Face to Face) meetings to be held. The time adaptations regarding the project schedule were contractually approved by the NA. The methodology and project activities are well presented in the final report. The reports on the six workshops provide a very good overview and also summarize the results well. The documents have been attached to the final report and will be available on the Erasmus Results Platform. In addition, the workshop reports are also published on the project website/blog (protected link). Internal monitoring and project evaluation are clearly described in the final report, with no further documentation available for this. (E.g. evaluation report(s) with the results of the post-meeting survey evaluations). Quality of the project team and the cooperation arrangements Overall, the project seems to have been successfully managed and the cooperation and communication between the ten partners worked well. The partners were actively involved and the tasks were distributed appropriately. The existing experience and competences of the partners were well used and target groups could be reached. The project management seems to have worked well overall, which is underlined by the fact that the project was successfully completed despite the challenges posed by Covid-19 (time delays, contract extension). According to the report, contracts were concluded with the partners at the beginning of the project. Responsible persons are named in the final report. According to the application, six "Transnational Project Meetings" (TPM) were planned, in the course of which workshops were also to take place. Within the project duration, which was extended to three years, all TPM could be held (Mariaberg, DE, 22-23/10/2019; Paris, FR, 28-29/01/2020; Vienna, AT, 16-17/09/2021; Ljubljana, SI, 25-26/11/2021; Lisbon, PT, 03-04/03/2022; Tallinn, EE, 20-21/06/2022). The workshops are well described in the final report and well documented with the attached reports, which include agenda, presentations, results and photos. There are no lists of names available that would provide evidence for the stated numbers of participants. In the preparation phase for the TPM, online meetings took place, the date of which is indicated, although no further documentation is available for this. The partner institutions are very well connected regionally as well as nationally and on a European level, which ensured an adequate level of stakeholder involvement/information despite the Covid-19 related restrictions. Impact and dissemination The impact of the project on different levels is well described in the report, although concrete learning results for participants or concrete effects in the sense of transferred approaches, tools and methods are only presented as examples, but not comprehensively. Overall, the positive impact and high acceptance of the project is emphasized. Dissemination activities are well presented in the final report, with concrete activities of all partner institutions also reported. However, the list of all dissemination activities mentioned in the final report is not available, which means that clear naming of individual activities and also evidence is missing. No information about the project could be found on the websites of seven partners, while information was found only on the site of the applicant (project blog) and two other partners (Protected link Protected link). The project blog (Protected link) gives a brief overview, contains short summaries and the workshop reports for download, but does not show any information on further activities, such as dissemination activities of the partners. While the final report describes dissemination activities well overall, they are not well documented. The sustainability of the project seems to be ensured by the high relevance of the topic in connection with the high interest of the partnership and its broad networks. Overall Comment The final report of the project "Digital Innovation in Vocational Education and Training - Digital InVitation" is well prepared and shows that the objective to exchange good and best practices on the use of digital teaching/learning in a holistic view, and ultimately to promote its application in vocational education and training, has been addressed. The methodology and project activities are well presented. The final report does not indicate any significant changes in content regarding project implementation compared to the application, although Covid-19 conditional organizational adjustments were made that are well justified and resulted in a project extension of 12 months. Overall, the project management seems to have worked well, which is underlined by the fact that the project was successfully completed despite the challenges posed by Covid-19.
