We are pleased to confirm that Tallinn University of Technology, Department of Business Administration (Estonia) expresses its interest in participating in informal academic and research exchange activities as part of your initiative. We understand that the project proposal will be submitted by the end of November, with the project expected to begin in the second quarter of 2026 and run for approximately two years. We acknowledge that the collaboration will focus on mutually beneficial knowledge-sharing, including but not limited to: Hosting short academic visits (approximately 2–3 visits of one to two weeks, with the possibility of longer stays for doctoral researchers); Participating in workshops, seminars, guest lectures, and research dialogues; Exploring opportunities for joint or complementary publications and research outputs. We also understand that the project is funded by ERDF Finland and that only Finnish organizations are eligible for financial support. The costs related to LUT staff mobility and hosting are funded for LUT by ERDF Finland. We believe that collaboration between our organizations will be valuable in advancing shared research interests and fostering international academic exchange. We look forward to further discussions and to receiving any additional documentation or templates required by the funder. Our contact person for the Smart Coach AI proposal and project is Koidu Saia, Research Coordinator of TalTech DBA, [email protected] Thank you once again for considering us as a partner.
