Saxby külas Saxby sadam katastriüksusel 90701:001:0424 detailplaneeringu koostamise
300 m2
suurusel muuli osal ja 0,53 ha suurusel
süvendataval merealal.
Slipi ja muuli projekteerimisel selgus, et lä
htudes asukohast, peab slippi kaitsvat muuli pikendama, seega rekonstrueeritav maht on rohkem kui 33 % säilinud muulist. Slipi ja projekteerimisel selgus ka süvendatava mereala ligikaudne suurus ja süvendustööde maht.
Arvestades eelpool toodud asjaolusid, on vaja algatada Saxby sama muuli ja süvendatava mere osas uus detailplaneering.
Detailplaneering koostatakse arvestades keskkonna-ja õigusaktide nõ
udeid, detailplaneeringu elluviimisega ei kaasne olulist negatiivset keskkonnamõju Natura 2000 V
äinamere hoiualale ega Vormsi maastikukaitseala Saxby piiranguvööndile
. Soovitav on planeerimisprotsessis võimaliku keskkonnamõju vähendamise ettepanekud tuua vä
lja detailplaneeringu seletuskirjas eraldi peatükina.
