Subject: Recognition of an approved STCW course - via e-Learning
Dear Sir,
My colleague at Videotel, Dmitry Gladkov, has kindly passed me your details.
He suggested I contact you regarding the recognition of a new course we are delivering via e-Learning
on the subject of the IGF Code. Please see attached.
As you see the course is currently approved by two other Administrations and on that basis, I wonder if
your Administration would accept this course for Estonian seafarers in need of such training?
Thank you for your attention in this matter
With kind regards
Steven
