2. General Terms and Conditions for Insurance Contracts NR. GC 2019.0
3. By his signature Policyholder confirms that he has acquainted himself with the insurance terms and special conditions thereof and they are clear and acceptable.
4. Total sum insured 1 178 000.00 EUR includes:
a) value of the vessel: 978 000.00 EUR;
b) limit of liability per year and insurance policy: 200 000.00 EUR
5. Deductible conditions:
a) General 5 000.00 EUR for each and every accident.
b) In case of theft of the boat or part of the boat - 15 % of loss but not less than 5 000.00 EUR.
c) In case of damage to paddles, transmissions or shafts of the engine - 15 % of loss or damage value, but not less than 5 000.00 EUR for each and every accident.
6. PROTECTION AND INDEMNITY
The Underwriters agree to indemnify the Assured for any sum or sums paid by the Assured to any other person or persons by reason of the Assured becoming legally
liable, as owner of the Vessel, for any claim, demand, damages and/or expenses, where such liability is in consequence of any of the following matters or things and arises
from an accident or occurrence during the period of this insurance:
a) loss of or damage to any fixed or movable object or property or other thing or interest whatsoever, other than the Vessel, arising from any cause whatsoever in so far as
such loss or damage is not covered by Clause 8 of the Institute Time Clauses Hulls 1/10/83 with 4/4ths substituted for 3/4ths in line nos. 80, 81, 98 and 99.
b) any attempted or actual raising, removal or destruction of any fixed or movable object or property or other thing, including the wreck of the Vessel, or any neglect or
failure to raise, remove or destroy.

the same or leaving port or manoeuvring within the port during the ordinary course of trading.
c) loss of life, personal injury, illness or payments made for life salvage.
7. Total insurance premium: 5 989.75 EUR (Craft and hull insurance premium - 5 801.57 EUR; Liability insurance premium - 188.18 EUR).
8. The insurance cover is valid only with the valid ship survey report.
