The Maritime Administration of Estonia and Cybernetica AS entered into contractual agreement No. 204069 on March 25, 2019 resulting in a tender of open procedure for “Laevaliiklusteeninduse (VTS) radarite ostmine”. The subject of the contract is installation and integration of two VTS Radars on the Estonian Northern Coast in the Tallinn Bay area. The total price of the contract is 668.176,00 EUR (six hundred and sixty-eight thousand one hundred and seventy-six euros). 2. Cybernetica AS has performed all works and delivered all systems in full as defined in Clause 2 “Lepingu objekt” (Object of Contract). 3. Cybernetica AS has performed all works and delivered all systems in full as defined in Clause 42 “Lepingu objekt” (Object of Contract) in due time (within 10 months from contract signature) as per Clause 8 “Lepingu tähtaeg ja sanktsioonid” (Delivery Time and Sanctions). 4. The Maritime Administration of Estonia has duly fulfilled its payment obligations according to Clause 9 “Hind ja maksmine” (Price and Payment Terms). 5. The two Terma Scanter 5102 radars and integration works delivered by Cybernetica AS have been operational 24/7 since deployment with zero (0) hours of downtime.
