Dear All,
On behalf of the chief of HOPN Captain Dariusz Kolator I am sending you

for the next 25th BSHC Conference in Sweden.

To: All Members of BSHC, Secretary- General of IHO, Observers from UK and
USA
Dear Collegues,
I hope you are well, your family and personnel as well. I hope we defeats
this strange virus soon!!! At the beginning of March we organized the
Chart
Datum WG of the BSHC in Gdynia but the NATO WG planned for the last week
in
Gdańsk was cancelled by NATO Headquarters. The 2nd Assembly in Monaco is
postponed and HSSC postponement is under consideration. Probably CBSC and
IRCC organized in June by HOPN will be shifted. It is really difficult
to
predict what the next weeks will bring!!!. Two weeks ago Polish
Government
decided to close all types of schools, almost all institutions and
civilian
administration and borders for foreigners as well. At this moment, we
are
not allowed to go abroad and in general we are working from home. Swedish
Colleagues - our host of the next 25th BSHC Conference prepared some
weeks
ago all logistics matters with required data, cancelled Open Forum as not
appriopriate in this situation. Therefore, I enclosed first draft
documents
but at the same time I am waiting for your response and your comments or
proposals concerning next meeting.
Dear Collegues,
Taking into account the present situation we should be prepared for every
scenario in the future. I wish you all the best and I hope our plans
will
be accomplished despite the CORONOVIRUS !!! Please, take care !!!
Best Regards,
Captain (PLN) Dariusz Kolator
