No 17-6/2022/1794 we have no objections to the following GE06 Plan modifications: Allotments: KOHTLA-KOERU ch 7A (MOD KOHTLA ch 7), KOHTLA-KOERU ch 7B (MOD KOHTLA ch 7), KOHTLA-KOERU ch 7C (MOD KOHTLA ch 7), KOHTLA-KOERU ch 7D (MOD KOHTLA ch 7) Frequency assignments: KOHTLA ch 7A (ADD), KOERU ch 7A (ADD), KOHTLA ch 7B (ADD), KOERU ch 7B (ADD), KOHTLA ch 7C (ADD), KOERU ch 7C (ADD), KOHTLA ch 7D (ADD), KOERU ch 7D (ADD) with the technical characteristics as indicated in your letter. Concerning the proposed modified allotments TALLINN-PARNU channels 10A, 10B, 10C, 10D we inform you that our evaluations indicate that interfering field strengths of corresponding allotment at the test point 24E00’53’’/56N19’59’’ of our DVB-T allotment 12/1_SIAULIAI-10 (Unique identifier given by the administration) are reaching the following values: 10A – 30.7 dBµV/m, 10B – 30.8 dBµV/m, 10C – 30.9 dBµV/m, 10D – 31.0 dBµV/m, thus the aggregated interfering field strength would reach value of 36.87 dBµV/m. The cumulative interfering field strengths of the linked assignments from sites TALLINN, PARNU, PEHKA at the test point 23E10’52”/56N22’23” of our DVB-T allotment 12/1_SIAULIAI-10 are reaching the following values: 10A – 31.2 dBµV/m, 10B – 31.2 dBµV/m, 10C – 31.1 dBµV/m, 10D – 31.1 dBµV/m, thus the aggregated interfering field strength would reach the value of 37.17 dBµV/m. In the case when DVB-T is interfered by T-DAB, the acceptable level of interfering field strength could be derived by applying the spectral density correction figure of 6.4 dB to the mentioned interfering field strength value (35.2 dBµV/m). This results in value of 28.8 dB dBµV/m of the acceptable interfering field strength when DVB-T is interfered by T-DAB. Taking into account the above mentioned we inform you that we can agree to the following T-DAB allotments: TALLINN-PÄRNU ch 10A (MOD TALLINN ch 10) on condition that the cumulative interfering field strength of its further implementation, including the linked assignments TALLINN ch 10A, PÄRNU ch 10A, PEHKA ch 10A will not exceed value of 28.8 dBµV/m at the test points of our DVB-T allotment 12/1_SIAULIAI-10; TALLINN-PÄRNU ch 10B (MOD TALLINN ch 10), on condition that the cumulative interfering field strength of its further implementation, including the linked assignments TALLINN ch 10B, PÄRNU ch 10B, PEHKA ch 10B will not exceed value of 28.8 dBµV/m at the test points of our DVB-T allotment 12/1_SIAULIAI-10; TALLINN-PÄRNU ch 10C (MOD TALLINN ch 10), on condition that the cumulative interfering field strength of its further implementation, including the linked assignments TALLINN ch 10C, PÄRNU ch 10C, PEHKA ch 10C will not exceed value of 28.8 dBµV/m at the test points of our DVB-T allotment 12/1_SIAULIAI-10; TALLINN-PÄRNU ch 10D (MOD TALLINN ch 10), on condition that the cumulative interfering field strength of its further implementation, including the linked assignments TALLINN ch 10D, PÄRNU ch 10D, PEHKA ch 10D will not exceed value of 28.8 dBµV/m at the test points of our DVB-T allotment 12/1_SIAULIAI-10.
