MC-1672 from 14. september 2022 with the request to coordination of the ESTCUBE-2 satellite network. Please be informed that pursuant to RR No.9.3 the ECPTRA is ready to make all possible efforts to resolve any difficulties in order to avoid possible unacceptable interference to Your Terrestrial stations. Please take into consideration that IARU has coordinated a frequency in a band allocated to the amateur satellite service ESTCUBE-2 satellite network with the following frequency assignments: Downlink frequencies: for beacon, status and payload data 435.800 MHz, emission designator 25K0F1D and 20K0F3E, EIRP 33 dBm maximum, for high speed data 2425.000 MHz, emission designator 1M30G1DXN, EIRP 27 dBm maximum Uplink frequencies: for telecommand 435.800 MHz, emission designator 20K0F1D, for telecommand and digipeater 145.900 MHz, emission designator 20K0F1D Pursuant to the above described IARU coordination, we seek Your agreement to the ESTCUBE-2 satellite network. We also inform You that the territory of the Russian Federation is not included to the service area of the ESTCUBE-2 satellite network and any harmful interference will be eliminated immediately in accordance with the provisions of the Radio Regulations.
