Dear Madam, Sir,
According to No. 4.2.4.9 of the GE06 Agreement and at the request of the Administration of the Russian
Federation, the Radiocommunication Bureau (BR) would like to inform your Administration that to date no
comment concerning the frequency assignment of the Russian Federation published in the above-
mentioned Special Section has been received.
Your Administration is therefore invited to provide BR with its decision within 40 days from the date of this
reminder. Please note that if no decision is received from your Administration within this period, it will be
deemed that your Administration has agreed to these proposed assignments pursuant to the provisions of
No. 4.2.4.10 of the GE06 Agreement.
BR remains at your disposal for any further information and clarification.
