Subject: online EGS GM meeting / e-voting
Dear EGS Board members,
The Executive Committee met via Webex on the 18th of March in order to discuss possible alternatives to
the cancelled General Meeting. One of the resulting actions was for the Secretariat to prepare an e-voting
mechanism on items that were due for decision during the General Meeting. You will find two files
attached explaining the proposed EGS General Assembly e-voting. These were approved by the ExCom
and we are now opening a consultation with the Board members on the e-voting questions.
We would appreciate if you can send your feedback and comments within the attached “Questions for
EGS GA e-voting” document by Friday, 10th of April 2020, COB, after which point the ExCom will finalise
the questions for e-voting. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask.

TO DECIDE BY ELECTRONIC VOTING
Before employing the electronic voting mechanism, the EGS Executive Committee would like to offer
the opportunity for all EGS members to provide their feedback and comments on the proposed
procedure and questions that will be posed. If you would like to comment, please fill in this
questionnaire and return it by email to the Secretary General, Slavko Solar, by the 10th of April 2020.
The ExCom will take into consideration all answers before launching the electronic voting.
