Dear all, two more brief questions, this time a view to the suspensive effect in light of the ECJ decision from 18 January 2024 on Cross/Brno (ECLI:EU:C:2024:60): If possible, your input would be very valuable for current national discussions regarding these two aspects: 1. Does your procurement law provide a suspensive effect in proceedings before the body of second instance? 2. Is your body of first instance a judicial body? We would be very happy for brief answers.
