According to the preliminary programme the first working day, Thursday, 9 November, will be dedicated to the Meeting of the Board, the General Assembly, and the Colloquium of the members of the Network. The second working day, Friday, 10 November, will be a Joint-Meeting with the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Court of Human Rights. Social programme will be organised by the Supreme Court of Austria on Saturday, 11 November. The preliminary programme of the event is as follows: *** Thursday, 9 November Meeting of the Board Lunch Colloquium of the Network to discuss “Divergences of Case-Law on Supreme Court level” (provisional title) Rapporteur: Ms Beatrijs Deconinck, First President of the Court of Cassation of Belgium General Assembly of the Network Welcome dinner Friday, 10 November Joint-Meeting with the CJEU and the ECtHR Session 1 – “The judicial dialogue: fundamental rights issues in court judgments” Rapporteur on behalf of the Network: Ms Dineke de Groot, President of the Supreme Court of Netherlands Lunch Session 2 – “Impact of Artificial Intelligence on the work of the courts and the administration of justice” Rapporteur on behalf of the Network: Mr Donal O’Donnell, Chief Justice of Ireland Gala Dinner Saturday, 11 November Social programme Lunch *** Please find attached a questionnaire on “The judicial dialogue: fundamental rights issues in court judgments” prepared by President Dineke de Groot for the working session with the CJEU and the ECtHR. With a view to streamlining the preparation of the documents for the Colloquium, it would be very helpful if the answers to the enclosed questionnaire could be returned to the Secretariat of the Network ([email protected] <mailto:[email protected]> ) by 15 of June 2023. Selon le programme préliminaire, la première journée de travail, le jeudi 9 novembre, sera consacrée à la réunion du conseil d’administration, à l’assemblée générale et au colloque des membres du Réseau. Le deuxième jour de travail, le vendredi 10 novembre, sera une réunion conjointe avec la Cour de justice de l’Union européenne et la Cour européenne des droits de l’homme.
