All planned exchanges took place providing nineteen Supreme Court judges the opportunity to follow closely the work of their colleagues in other jurisdictions. The Secretariat of the Network sincerely thanks all Supreme Courts for their close cooperation. The Secretariat of the Network is glad to inform you that the call for applications for the 2023 Exchange Programme is now open. The exchanges managed by the Network are of a maximum duration of two weeks (10 working days) and a minimum duration of one week (5 working days). Exchanges longer than one week are conducted in the official language of the host Supreme Court. One-week exchanges can also be organised in a language other than that of the host Supreme Court. Limited funds to allow the use of an interpreter are available to Supreme Courts. Please find enclosed a practical information notice providing further information on the terms and conditions of the programme. The Programme is open to seventeen judges from all Supreme Courts. The Secretariat of the Network notes that gender equality is a key factor when selecting/proposing candidates for the Exchange Programme activities. We would highly appreciate if you could inform the Secretariat of the Network ([email protected] <mailto:[email protected]> ) by Tuesday, 28 February 2023 of judges at your Court interested in the 2023 Exchange Programme (names and e-mail addresses). Applicants are kindly invited to submit (also by 28 February 2023): 1. a curriculum vitae, 2. a letter of application indicating their preferences regarding the hosting Supreme Courts, their areas of interest as well as their language skills. Please do not hesitate to contact the Secretariat of the Network regarding the organisation of the Exchange Programme. Yours sincerely, Madame, Monsieur le premier président, Le Réseau a réussi à mettre pleinement en œuvre le programme d’échange de juges de la Cour suprême pour 2022. Tous les échanges prévus ont eu lieu, offrant à dix-neuf juges de la Cour suprême l’opportunité de suivre de près le travail de leurs collègues d’autres juridictions. Le secrétariat du Réseau remercie sincèrement toutes les Cours suprêmes pour leur étroite collaboration. Le secrétariat du Réseau est heureux de vous annoncer que l’appel à candidatures pour le programme d’échange 2023 est désormais ouvert. Les échanges organisés par le Réseau sont d’une durée maximale de deux semaines (10 jours ouvrables) et d’une durée minimale d’une semaine (5 jours ouvrables). Les échanges de plus d’une semaine se déroulent dans la langue officielle de la Cour suprême d’accueil ; les échanges d’une semaine peuvent également être organisés dans une langue autre que celle de la Cour suprême d’accueil. Des fonds limités pour permettre l’utilisation d’un interprète sont disponibles pour les Cours suprêmes. Nous vous prions de trouver ci-joint une note d’information pratique fournissant de plus amples informations sur les conditions du programme. Le programme est ouvert à dix-sept juges pour l’ensemble des Cours suprêmes. Le secrétariat du Réseau note que l’égalité des genres sera un élément important lors de la sélection/proposition des candidats pour les activités du programme d’échanges. Chaque candidat est prié de soumettre (aussi avant le 28 février 2023) : 1. un curriculum vitae, 2. une lettre de motivation indiquant leurs préférences quant à l’accueil des Cours suprêmes, domaines d’intérêt ainsi que connaissances linguistiques.
