thank you for the document. This report is in the old format. I would kindly ask you to adapt it
to the new template that you find in the attachment.
I circulated the model last year. If you were not in the mail I sent, it is probably my mistake
and I apologise. The differences in the new template are very small. So, I am sure it will not
steal too much time.
