Dear Sirs,
Having examined your letter (ref. 1) with objections to the publication in Special Section (ref. 2) of the
frequency assignments to the land mobile service stations of the Russian Federation (BR Id:
122045775-122045779) we wish to inform you as follows.
The abovementioned frequency assignments were sent to your Administration by correspondence (ref. 3).
The positive coordination results are reflected in your letter (ref. 4).
However, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that your response (ref. 4) provides no additional
coordination conditions regarding the limitation of the notified stations’ service area radius.
In view of the above, you are kindly requested to withdraw from the ITU BR your objections to the
inclusion of the frequency assignments of the Russian Federation into the GE06 List of assignments to
other primary terrestrial services. Otherwise, please, provide additional explanations on which your
objections are based.
