In accordance with the section 4.3.4 of the Geneva Agreement, 1984 we acknowledge the receipt of
your letter of 12July 2022 ref. 31E(BCD)O-2022-002797.
In accordance with the section 4.4.1 of the Geneva Agreement, 1984 we inform you that we have no
objections concerning the GE84 Plan changes published in the Special Section GE84/315 of BRIFIC
No. 2975 of 12 July 2022.
