However, the medical check should be done just before you join UNESCO, and you can send a new certificate afterwards. Regarding your question about the MOA, please correct us if we misread the documents, but we don't see the 3 months' notice in the individual contract. We have checked both documents and the MOA only lists one month's notice. Some additional questions: * Regarding the medical certificate – the current certificate is valid until May 2025, which is slightly shorter period of time than the loan. Is it acceptable? New certificate can be aquired only in August. * In MOA the termonation of contract is at one month’s notice, in individual contract at 3 month notice. Could you please clarify this? Individual Loan Contract - Can be completed (once the MOA has been signed), and returned to HRM for clearance prior to signature, along with the following information/supporting information: Prior to signature of Individual Loan contract: * Copy of passport details (information page) * Copy of diploma (s) * CV Prior to/upon signature of Individual loan contract and/or commencement of the assignment: * Medical Insurance coverage throughout the duration of Loan assignment * Medical certificate of good health indicating that the trainee is fit to undertake the assignment (can be obtained from routine medical check-up) * Local address – (upon arrival in Paris) To ensure timely visa processing, kindly note that your AO/sector will be required to make a request to PAX/Protocol to prepare a note verbale/supporting letter to facilitate the visa processing. The additional documents (highlighted) should accompany this request. * Copy of passport * Copy of signed Individual Loan Contract * Local Address in Estonia * Address of French Embassy where visa will be applied for: Upon arrival/onboarding, * AO to ensure that the contractual details/information is recorded in IRIS and UNESDIR account created to enable the Expert to access the relevant services and systems during the assignment.
