Mr Reynders invites the Network (as a judicial network) to take part of the targeted consultation for the 2023 Rule of Law Report. The focus of the 2023 Rule of Law Report is on individual Member States and the scope of Network’s contribution is therefore limited. The Network can provide its contribution under the section “Horizontal Development” (please refer to the attached 2023 Rule of Law Report questionnaire established by the Commission). Please kindly find attached the draft contribution of the Network for the 2023 Rule of Law Report. We would be very grateful if you could inform the Secretariat ([email protected] <mailto:[email protected]> ) of any comments you may have before 15 January 2023. Le rapport 2023 sur l'état de droit est consacré sur les États membres individuels et la portée de la contribution du Réseau est donc limitée. Le Réseau peut apporter sa contribution dans la section « Développement horizontal » (veuillez consulter questionnaire ci-joint du rapport 2023 sur l'état de droit établi par la Commission). Nous vous prions de bien vouloir trouver ci-joint le projet de contribution du Réseau pour le rapport 2023 sur l'état de droit.
