Dear President,
We have been informed that Ms Gabrielė Juodkaitė-Granskienė assumed office as Acting President of the Supreme Court of Lithuania on 14 November 2022. Acting President Juodkaitė-Granskienė is the Member of the Supreme Court since 2017 having previously served as the Director of the Lithuanian Center for Forensic Expertise. Ms Juodkaitė-Granskienė currently also serves as the Chairperson of Criminal Cases Division of the Supreme Court.

Nous venons d’être informés de ce que Mme Gabrielė Juodkaitė-Granskienė a pris ses fonctions de président par intérim de la Cour suprême de Lituanie le 14 novembre 2022. Mme Juodkaitė-Granskienė est membre de la Cour suprême depuis 2017 ayant précédemment occupé le poste de directrice du Centre lituanien d'expertise médico-légale. Mme Juodkaitė-Granskienė est également présidente de la chambre criminelle de la Cour suprême.
