Teema: ENTraNCE for Judges 2023 – Applications Open!
To the Training Department of the Supreme Court of Estonia:
for the kind attention of Mrs Kerdi Raud
I am Niccolò Galli, Research Associate at the EUI Center for a Digital Society. It is my pleasure to inform you regarding ENTraNCE for Judges 2023<http://fcp.eui.eu/entrance-judges/>.
As you may already know, ENTraNCE for Judges is a training course on EU competition law enforcement addressed to national judges from the Member States and co-financed by the Directorate-General for Competition of the European Commission. Since 2011, more than 370 selected participants have gathered in Florence and online to deepen their knowledge and share their experiences on the subject.
The 13th edition of the training course focuses on the recent developments in applying Article 102 TFEU, including the ongoing revision of the Market Definition Notice.
To cope with pandemic-related travel predicaments, the organization adopts a hybrid format. In line with past editions, e-learning activities alternate with residential ones in Florence (i.e., 22-24 February 2023) and Luxembourg (26-28 September 2023 t.b.c.). However, the Residential Training will also be accessible via Zoom for those selected participants who will not travel to Florence even last minute.
The ENTraNCE budget covers travel and accommodation costs for all selected participants, which this year can be up to 52.
Judges from Estonia are eligible to apply by 30 November 2022, following the instructions at the link below: https://rscas.eu/view-form/entrance-2023/.
I kindly ask you to spread the word and forward this email and the attached flyer to your members.
Please do not hesitate to reach me with any request for information regarding ENTraNCE for Judges 2023 from the side of your association or members.
Thank you for your time.
Best regards,
Niccolò Galli
