Dear Members of the World Conference on Constitutional Justice (WCCJ),
Please find attached the draft meeting report of the 3rd General Assembly of the WCCJ (Document CDL-WCCJ-GA(2022)007), which took place in Bali, Indonesia, on 6 October 2022.
The interventions of the speakers of the 5th Congress can now also be found on the Venice Commission website<http://www.venice.coe.int/WebForms/pages/default.aspx?p=02_WCCJ_05_Bali>, together with the Bali Communiqué<https://www.venice.coe.int/files/2022_10_06_WCCJ5_Bali_Communique-E.PDF> adopted at the Congress.
Finally, I would like to draw your attention to the statement<https://www.venice.coe.int/webforms/events/?id=3409> made by Mr Gianni Buquicchio, President Emeritus, Special Representative of the Venice Commission, on behalf of the WCCJ, in support of the independence of the Constitutional Court of the Central African Republic.
