The recent lockdown due to the COVID pandemic has highlighted our reliance on virtual means for staying in touch, continue learning and also working. Critically, it has also thrown
into sharp definition the issues of digital exclusion and the lack of digital readiness for educators. This has been a specially challenging situation for the population who lack basic
digital skills like the people with mental health challenges, cognitive disorders or/and especial learning needs, and thus, for the professionals targeting them.
Distance learning massively activated during this Covid-19 crisis revealed the limited autonomy of people with disabilities, in particular with intellectual, learning and /or psychiatric
disabilities, in the use of available technologies. This situation increased the inequality in the access to the training proposals and the marginalization and isolation of those groups, with
heavy repercussions on their well-being and in their possibility of playing an active role in society, because also their distance to the labour market is getting increased.
Statistics show that people with disabilities are more exposed than others to unemployment and social exclusion. It is proben that labour market inclusion has a positive impact on
social inclusion and that by including people with disabilities, companies, individuals and society at large all win. The role of Job Coaches has become key to support the job inclusion
of this vulnerable groups. Job coaches have the task of accompanying the client in job search and in the subsequent reintegration path. But during the recent lockdown educators, VET
mentors and job coaches working with people with disabilities have found a lot of challenges to continue delivering career advise and job coaching to their target group due to three
main issues:
1. A lack of digital competences for mentoring and job coaching on-line.
2. Scarcity of digital job coaching tools and methods.
3. The digital gap in the access to on line services by people with disabilities.
WORK@BLE project tackles these three challenges faced by people with disabilities and the VET mentors/job coaches working with this group to enable then and the professionals to
recieve and deliver the job coaching services respectively, by these means:

1. Training job coachers in the use of digital job coaching tools.
2. Developing an innovative digital coaching toolkit and a friendly platform tailored to the needs of the target group. (IO1)
3. Developing an educative digital e-Scape Room for assessing job skills (IO2)
The two outputs are tailored to the digital needs of the target groups. Professionals could undergo their job coaching on line to people with learning difficulties and limited digital skills.
The latest will not only improve their employability but also will train their digital skills by using the platform and the e-Scape Room.
WORK@BLE exchanges good practices and identifies innovative job coaching tools in order to digitalize them, trains jobcoaches and VET mentors working in the field of people with
disabilities, and also creates a friendly job coaching platform and a digital Scape Room to assess job skills. Everything accessible for the final target group and thus enabling the
coachers delivering e-coaching. In few words, WORK@BLE breaks down digital barriers and promotes the access to labour market and to autonomous active living to disadvantaged
groups.

Please briefly present the organisation/group (e.g. its type, scope of work, areas of activity and if applicable, approximate number of paid/unpaid staff, learners and members of the
group)
INTRAS is a non-profit organisation founded in 1994 dedicated to high quality research and intervention in the mental health field. The organisation nowadays consists of 11 centres in
7 different provinces in Spain with more than 200 psychiatrists, psychologists and professionals from social and economic fields carrying out research, training and clinical practice.
The main target group of INTRAS consists of people suffering from mental disorders, whereby the organisation also performs activities and offers services to the disabled, the elderly
and people at risk of social exclusion in general.
The development of our services and programmes is based on the “Recovery approach”, thus empowering the users to live a self-determined and self-confident life through reflecting
their potential wishes and providing them with vocational training and employability programmes accordingly. We develop activities and offer different services for our target groups
such as psychosocial and labour rehabilitation programmes, occupational and vocational training, pre-labour workshops, counselling and professional guidance/ coaching, social
employment, etc. The main aim of our work is to achieve an own life project with an appropriate level of quality of life, despite that some symptoms of the mental illness may persist.
For that, we pay special attention and listen to the voice of our target groups demanding new programs and activities, in order to provide services taking into account the possibilities of
each person and providing people with resources to empower them to be protagonist of their recovery process and thus of their own life. The last step of Recovery process is
employment, either through getting a job in a social firm or in a standard enterprise. Because of applying Recovery approach, some of our users are now leading a musical band,
others have launched a catering social firm, some others have a job selling and maintaining ebikes, others work in the field of gardening and horticulture, etc.
Aiming to promote labour inclusion of our target groups, INTRAS has created in 1999 a social enterprise that is currently managed by people with mental health problems. From its
inception until now, it has developed different business lines: handcraft, cleaning services, catering, gardening, bakery, social tourism… among others. Furthermore, we are
coordinating the national network ADECEM, which gathers 24 social enterprises in the country targeting people suffering from mental disabilities.
INTRAS also manages vocational training programmes specially addressed to young people with mental health problems, learning difficulties and/or behavioural disorders. These
programmes are funded by the Ministry of Education and thus following the official educational curriculum but including some adaptations depending on the level of the students
learning difficulties. Moreover, we offer professional guidance and counselling to our youth, and we cooperate with a number of enterprises that provide practical training to our
students in order to complete the theoretical part of the curriculum. Besides vocational training we develop non-formal educational activities such as artistic workshops (paining, graffiti,
handcrafts..), ICT workshops (computering design, digital photography, blogging, radio online, podcast...), youth exchanges, and programmes based on sport and outdoor activities
aiming to promote healthy life style. A substantial and diverse team of pedagogues, psychopedagogues, teachers and educators, social and youth workers, with vast experience in
special needs education, is involved in formal and non-formal educational programmes, helping the disabled youth to participate in their everyday realities as equal members.
Years of professional work have brought INTRAS solid experience and excellent referential background both in the field of European projects and in the development of innovative
actions for psychosocial and labour rehabilitation of people with mental illness. It has broad experience in cooperating at international level, not only by participating at EU projects
(more than 25 developed in the last 5 years), but also been active members of relevant networks in the field of disability such as European Platform for Rehabilitation (EPR) and
Mental Health Europe (MHE). INTRAS represented the Spanish Focal Point for the network Mental Health Europe during the years 2010-2011.
INTRAS is the only organisation in the region working in the field of mental health that has received the EFQM certificate (European Foundation for Quality Management) for business
excellence (bronze seal 400+). Since 2011, INTRAS holds a European Excellency Seal +400.

What are the activities and experience of the organisation in the areas relevant for this project? What are the skills and/or expertise of key persons involved in this project?
In the past years, INTRAS has been involved in several European projects related to VET training, job coachig and employment of people with mental health issues, funded by
Progress, LLL and Erasmus+ Programmes.
One of the most relevant EU projects was “Place & Train” which focused on IPS methodology (Individual Place and Support). Through this project we helped people with mental health
issues to join into the labour market and maintain their job. The IPS model, which is currently ongoing at INTRAS, takes as starting point the individual desire to work by the person
with mental illness. Before this desire, professionals respond rapidly seeking a competitive job and make sure the worker receives the necessary support which will be individualized
and unlimited, and that will occur once incorporated into the job. This approach, which emphasizes the integration into employment and then provides training adapted to the job,
differs from the traditional model, which focuses on the training for a later employment incorporation. Through Place&Train project, we have produced support tools aimed to the
mental health professionals: two theoretical-practical manuals and a DVD for skills development and dissemination of good practices, procedures, tools and study cases around the
IPS model. This material could be transferred and exploited among the partners of the new project.
Furthermore, with the JUMP TO JOB project (cofunded by Erasmus+ programme) currently being implemented, we are developing an innovative job-coaching method based on
FROG approach. The FROG approach develops around 4 thematic nuclei (Vision, Identity, Communication, Impact) and provide participants with innovative tools and skills in order to
allow them to improve their intervention skills with the coachees, by guiding them in the discovery of their objectives. This methodology will be transferred to the new project.
At least 3 professionals with key expertise in PM, vocational training and employability programmes will be involved in this project :
Teresa Orihuela: Technical Director of INTRAS Foundation. Degree in Psychology and Social Sciences. From 1999, she is coordinating different resources for training and social
inclusion of people with disability as well as labour integration and employability of vulnerable youth who attend second chance educational programmes delivered by INTRAS. Also
coordinator of the VET programmes managed by the Foundation, addressed to adults with mental health issues. She has lead several European projects targeting youth and adults
with mental illness and/or other disabled groups. Author of many articles related to psychosocial rehabilitation of people with mental illness.
Henar Conde: Head of European Projects Department at INTRAS Foundation since 2006. Degree in Psycho-pedagogy. Advance Studies in Comparative Education. 2 years’

Please briefly present the organisation/group (e.g. its type, scope of work, areas of activity and if applicable, approximate number of paid/unpaid staff, learners and members of the
group).
Social IT business journey begins in 2011 with the aim of supporting the numerous actors and stakeholders in the Health and Wellbeing sector, from medical and healthcare
professionals to social workers, from young users to elderly citizens in need of care and support.
Today we count on 8 employees and collaborators. The primary focus of our activity is to guarantee support to those who address the socio-sanitary and educational services, assisting
fragile people (from children to elderly to cognitively impaired adults), recognizing the importance of the users and their needs that are at the centre of the whole system. To achieve
these goals, we and our partners believe it is essential to study, develop and provide new technologically advanced governance solutions and computerized governance models to
citizens' health and well-being organizations.
We always keep as a reference key point the quality of life of people, and we work day by day to provide Welfare organizations with technology support that simplifies the management
of activities, from the simplest to the most complex ones, enhances the value and quality of each service provided and constitutes a valid tool for managing the organization.
Recognizing the uniqueness of challenge that social and health services have to address every day, we define these solutions as tools for the social result, an expression of the
contribution we intend to provide for the continuous evolution of the information models that are, from our point of view, indispensable for a proper governance of services and for a
timely answer to the real needs of citizens. We believe that:
(i) one of the main factor to enhance the quality and well-being of citizens is the efficiency of the provided sociosanitary services;
(ii) Welfare companies can improve their own efficiency by adopting advanced organizational models of socio-sanitary governance;
(iii) Social enterprises should show and pay greater attention to the needs of the person using practical, innovative and flexible management solutions;
(iv) Developing the managerial skills of businesses that deal with people's health produces a better social and health outcome.
As such, we work for: (i) Facilitating companies operating in the socio-sanitary sector in achieving high level of efficacy and efficiency in resource management through integrated
software and cutting edge technology projects; (ii) Improving the provision of services through the design and implementation of innovative IT tools, with tangible implications for the
well-being of the citizen; (iii) Simplifying and speeding up social business activity, avoiding waste and error, saving time and resources, while improving the quality of services; (iv)
Make full use of the potential of the web to make the interaction between the citizen and the services more ubiquitous and responsive to the needs of the person.
Besides the Software development and Consulting Department, Social IT has a young and dynamic Research & Development area, with which we coordinate and participate in
research projects both at national and European level, contributing to the development and internationalization of the Italian territory. Thanks to a well-established network of strategic
business partnerships and collaborations with universities, research organizations and public entities, Social IT implements cutting-edge engineering products and services. Finally,
Social IT offers consulting services to companies, especially SMEs, sharing the knowledge gained in the field of EU funding programs by offering assistance in the search for programs
and initiatives aimed at financing innovative ideas in the social, health and ICT fields. Social IT is able to accompany companies in all phases of the preparation and management of a
European funding application, up to, if successful, the operational planning and management of the project.

What are the activities and experience of the organisation in the areas relevant for this project? What are the skills and/or expertise of key persons involved in this project? Please
explain how the organisation brings an essential added value to the project.
We have clients all around the Italian territory, including health districts and residential realities (nursing homes, rest homes, semi-residential centres, day-care centres, protected
apartments, consultants and kindergartens). We daily work and collaborate with many social cooperatives working with disabled people. Since 2017 Social IT, together with other two
local companies, has committed to be the technological partner of House “Sebastiano”, a new specialized centre for Autistic Spectrum Disorders in Coredo (Trento, Italy), designing
and implementing a process of observation, understanding and interpretation of both daily activities and extraordinary events related to the hosted subject. SIT strictly collaborates with
“Cooperativa Trentina per l’Autismo”, who determinately built House Sebastiano as a facility that houses residential spaces for persons with Autism Spectrum Disorders in serious
family difficulties, medical and rehabilitation areas, playgrounds, educational laboratories and an area dedicated to the training of specialized operators. Social IT is not just business,
but also no profit, solidarity and volunteerism. In its entrepreneurial career, the company is committed to combining the ethical values of work with those of solidarity, with the desire to
share and root them more and more into a territory where cooperation and help to the neighbour are an integral and fundamental part of the well-being of our society. Not only "feel
good", but above all, "make feeling good". Social It has experience in H2020 projects as management support (being WP leaders) and technical partner, developing ICT solutions for
people as they age (H2020 UNCAP, H2020 CAPTAIN). Of particular relevance is our current experiences in ongoing Erasmus+ project (MIND INCLUSION2.0, IPA2+ and INTENSE),
where play the role of technical partners (plus coordinator of INTENSE project) to develop technological supports for supporting fragile people (e.g., with intellectual disabilities,
affected by autism, elderly with Alzheimer). Social IT is certified ISO27001, thus guaranteeing, as technical partner, a solid framework of policies and procedures that includes all legal,
physical and technical controls involved in information risk management processes

Background and Experience
Please briefly present the organisation/group (e.g. its type, scope of work, areas of activity and if applicable, approximate number of paid/unpaid staff, learners and members of the
group).
THEOTOKOS Foundation is a non-profit, welfare organization that provides rehabilitation services for children and young adults with developmental intellectual disabilities and autism
spectrum disorders. It has been operating since 1963 and is supervised by the Ministry of Labour, Social Security and Welfare. It is the largest service of its kind in Greece with current
numbers being approximately 360 service users and 100 paid staff members.
The Foundation provides services to individuals aged 2 ½ to 35 years and provides support to family environments when necessary. The scope of work is education, therapy and
training with the aim of facilitating full participation in society. Programs are person-centred and supported by interdisciplinary teams. Areas of specific expertise include early
intervention, daily living skills development, special needs education, pre-vocational and vocational training, and promotion towards Supported Employment.
The values that underpin our services are respect of human rights, inclusion and empowerment in order to ensure equal participation in education, training, work, society and life.
Through individual and group programs, service users are given the opportunity to learn how to communicate, to function adequately in their everyday lives, to care for themselves,
and to be able to work so as to become autonomous and active adults.
Theotokos Foundation is a leader in the field of social services. Innovative practices such as the use of an electronic welfare file, a Functionality Profile based on the International
Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) and the implementation of a digital and comprehensive individual rehabilitation plan, enable staff to provide a high standard of
quality services. The Supported Employment Service (the first of its kind in Greece) has been operating since 1997 and has placed more than 200 individuals into the open labour
market up until today.
The Foundation is an active member of international associations (IASSIDD), European associations (EASPD, EPR, EUSE), national level associations and networks, as well as many
special interest groups. It is certified with ISO 9001:2015 and EQUASS Assurance (European Quality in Social Services). At the national level it is certified by the National Organisation
for the Certification of Qualifications & Vocational Guidance (EOPPEP) as a Centre of Lifelong Learning and most staff are certified adult trainers.

The main services we provide to our clients are job and capacity assessment, learning opportunities, job opportunities, rehabilitation and support for work placement. The common
goal of these services is to prepare clients for working life through the development of work skills and capabilities. Our target group is working age (16-64 years) people with:

In addition to customer service, we are developing the social and educational spheres of Estonia by participating in national and international development projects, contributing in
several workshops and round tables, organizing trainings and information days for specialists in the field, and offering internships opportunities for future specialists.
We are an associate member of the European Rehabilitation Platform and work in tandem with various vocational rehabilitation centers in Europe. The quality of our center's social
services is also recognized by EQUASS Assurance. Currently we have 109 students and 93 employees.
What are the activities and experience of the organisation in the areas relevant for this project? What are the skills and/or expertise of key persons involved in this project? Please
explain how the organisation brings an essential added value to the project.
Our entire employment team is involved in this project, there are 5 job coaches and our manager. Our team works with people with special needs on a daily basis, some of us have
been doing this for almost 13 years. We have skills and knowledge in the social field and knowledge of the employment of people with special needs.
Estonia is named as the most advanced digital society in the world and have designed numerous digital solutions to help tackle the COVID-19 pandemic crisis. In our job working from
distance during the pandemic we conducted career lessons and online counseling for our students and clients (using skype, zoom, google classroom, e-mails, phones). Some of our
students have quite good skills using different online environments and social media and the internet on a daily basis. However, the work, career lessons and e-coaching from a
distance went well, we needed a better and more systematic approach to provide better online job coaching for people with special needs.

Lyk-z & døtre as is a social entrepreneur organized as an ideal limited company. We are 5 employees, one part time and 4 full time . We are situated in Skien Norway. Our leaners are
individuals, which of many are unhappy individuals and youth at risk. They attend group trainings or 1-1 training and coaching.
Our mission is to assist people to find their inherent qualities and unique abilities, and to fix their professional objectives. We believe in the individual’s own ability to create their own
future to a life in dignity. We provide FROG Leadership and Life Mastery, coaching, courses & lectures and film production.
In 2012 we were named the Social Entrepreneur of the Year by FERD Social Entrepreneurs. The recognition and financial support from winning this award opened a number of new
opportunities, as well as the chance to complete our web-based learning platform; FROG Leadership and Life Mastery. In December 2012, we were adopted as the 11th Social
Entrepreneurship company in FERD’s portfolio of Social Entrepreneurs. This has enabled us to reach out to even more young adults who need support to take charge of their own
lives. We have also received support from a private fund. This means that even youths with economical challenges will be given the opportunity to create lasting change in their lives.
Our values are acceptance, generosity, dignity and magic. Magic, for us, is something that occurs when people are given 100% trust.

What are the activities and experience of the organisation in the areas relevant for this project? What are the skills and/or expertise of key persons involved in this project? Please
explain how the organisation brings an essential added value to the project.
Our work is to empower and train individuals (and very often youth risk suffering for social exclusion )so they are able to go to school, to be educated and get work, and have an active,
independent and happy future. We do this by our own methodology, the lyk-z method FROG, leadership training and co active coaching through workshops, group training and also 1-
1.
Our work has proven great results regarding transition to school, education and work.
In our own programs the success rate for this has been 75 % from the years 2014-2017. These results has been measured over a longer period and the results lasts and the
participants endures challenges along the way and are determent and motivated to actually change their life and chase a better future.
The lyk-z methodology are based in solid and well known theories; neuro physicology, leadership, communication, cognitive principles and co active coaching. The majority of our
participants suffers from mental challenges with depressions , anxiety and a bad self-esteem and they experience lack of mastery and vigor. The trainings are not therapy, still the
participants shown s great improvement regarding their self esteem, life quality, and their experience of mastery, vigor and belonging after participation. We get the participants to
connect to their areas of hope, resources and possibilities. The FROG method nourishes, strengthens and empowers these areas in the individuals.
The will therapist treat an illness and talk to the dark and hurt areas. Our perspective is different. We see all as whole, creative and full of unique resources. Our experience is that
highlighting and focus in the path from here and forward,( not in their traumas and bad history) and rather to focus in their hopes and abilities creates increased trust, motivation and
courage to act on behalf of that new understanding.
The participants in our workshops and programs also have access to our learning platform. This is created to strengthen the learning of the physical workshop and for the coaches to
communicate with the participants under the training and to follow up after their participation.
We have tailor made our lyk-x tools and trainings to several target groups; For children, to youths at risk, unemployed grownups, to young people with disabilities ( YPWD), for school
pupils to grow a safe identity and to prevent early school leave and to prevent mental challenges and also for to promote entrepreneurial skillsl in European projects, just to mention
some.

Please comment on your choice of priorities.
WORK@BLE aims to promote digital job coaching and VET mentoring of people with mental health disorders, cognitive difficulties and/or special learning needs by developing online
coaching tools, training job coaches and by creaing a friendly job coaching e-platform accessible for the final target group to enable the coachers delivering e-coaching to their target
groups. Moreover WORK@BLE will create a e-Scape Room to assess job skills on a digital basis as an added value which complements the job coaching digital tools throufh
gamification.
The project addresses job coaches and VET mentors, as well as vulnerable groups: people with mental health challenges, cognitive disorders or/and especial learning needs. In that
sense the project is aligned with the three priorities, more concretely:
HORIZONTAL -Innovative practice in the digital era: The project will develop two intellectual outputs to enable remote job coaching addressed to people with special learning needs,
mental health problems and/or cognitive challenges: a friendly to use platform with on line job coaching methods; and an digital gaming tool to assess the job skills of the trainees.
Besides the project will provide job coaches with training on digital job coaching. On one hand, the outputs will foster the digital compentences of job coaches and educators
specialised in people with disabilities and special learning needs. On the other hand, the outputs will enable build capacities of the underrepresented group of people with special
learning needs or disabilities to access and use digital tools, and thus reducing the digital gap and also their distance to the labour market, that has been ven more increased due to
the COVID-19 pandemic crises.
VET- Initial and continuous professional development of VET teachers, trainers and mentors: The project contributes to the continuous and lifelong learning of VET mentors and
educators, training and strengthening their digital competences to improve their professional development in the current digital era and to enable them to continue delivering their job
coaching and career advise services to the learners even during possible further lockdowns. Besides, the project provides them with the necessary instruments (e-coaching platform
and skills assesment game) to perform their work online.
HORIZONTAL- Social Inclusion: the project prioritises as main challenges to tackle disabled people's unemployment, poverty and marginalisation as well as it will promote spirit of
initiative, creativity, employability by facilitating the access to job coaching, and thus to employment and independent living, to people with disabilities. During the recent lockdown the
people with disabilities have been one of the hardest-hit groups of society due to digital exclusion. One out of seven people in the European Union (EU) has a disability, that is to say
that around 70 million people find difficulties in taking part fully in society (Eurostat, 2018). This situation has worsen during and after the COVID-19 lockdown because of the existing
digital gap which has enlarge the distance of this group to the active living and also to employment.
Moreover the project also is in line with the EU’s Europe 2020 Strategy which states that integration of people with disability into all social, economic and political aspects of the society
is essential for sustainable human development in the EU. The project also targets a number of problem areas defined in the EU Disability Strategy for 2010-2020. The actions
envisaged in the project are particularly designed to promote disabled people's commitment towards a more inclusive growth, by tackling the issue of disability unemployment by on
one hand, building digital capacities of the special VET mentors and job coaches; and on the other hand making accessible the on line coaching to the unemployed people with
disabilities even in lockdown circumstances.
WORK@BLE is aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) too, which also explicitly include persons with disabilities in several of their targets and indicators, including
them as actors to achieve a full and productive employment and decent work. Job coaching is a key factor to promote inclusion into job markets via innovative and successful digital
tools, such as video curricula, storytelling on social media (i.e. instagram, linkind), self-promotion tools, interaction and exchange, and gamification of job skills assessment in order to
address the need of accessibility and equality enabling people with disabilities to enjoy an independent life and full EU citizenship rights.

Please explain the context and the objectives of your project as well as the needs and target groups to be addressed. Why should this project be carried out transnationally?
The recent lockdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted our reliance on virtual means for staying in touch, continue learning and also working. Critically, it has also thrown
into sharp definition the issues of digital exclusion of some social groups and the lack of digital readiness for educators. This has been a challenging situation for the population who
lack basic digital skills like most of the people with mental health challenges, cognitive disorders or/and especial learning need, and also for the professionals targeting them.
Distance learning massively activated during this Covid-19 crisis revealed the limited autonomy of people with these disabilities in the use of available technologies. This created a
situation of inequality in the access to the training proposals and a situation of marginalization and isolation with heavy repercussions on their well-being and on their possibility of
playing an active role in society, because their distance to the labour market is also getting increased.
Statistics show that people with disabilities are more exposed than others to unemployment and social exclusion. Labour market inclusion is an essential factor for social inclusion and
for achieving an idependent life. In order to promote their employemnt, the role of Job Coaches has become key. They are professionals who have the task of preparing the client for
the labour market and accompanying the client in job search and in the subsequent reintegration path. But during the recent lockdown educators, VET mentors and job coaches
working with people with disabilities have found a lot of challenges to continue delivering career advise and job coaching to their target group mainly due to three main issues:
1. Training job coachers in the use of digital job coaching tools (C1)
2. Developing an innovative digital coaching toolkit and a friendly platform tailored to the needs of the target group. (IO1)
3. Developing an educative digital e-Scape Room for assessing job skills (IO2)
The coronavirus lockdown risks turning the problem of digital exclusion into a catastrophe of lost opportunity for the poorest and most vulnerable all around Europe (and world).
WORK@BLE project aims to tackle the lost of labour opportunities for the people of mental health challenges, cognitive disorders or/and especial learning needs by building up a
valuable transnational consortium with different expertise on job coaching with target groups facing a variety of learning/cognitive challenges. The addition and exchange of good
practices of the partners on job coaching, and on supporting their clients during the lock-down in the different EU countries, together with the innovative job coaching FROG method
and the EU expertise of P1 on tailoring ITC solutions to different targets with cognitive problems, will be essential to develop an innovative and useful toolkit, a platform for e-coaching
and an online game for assessing job skills of the targets.
The tools, the platform and the scape room will be tailored to the needs (digital and educational) of both coaches and coachees from the different EU countries, (who are facing
different situations of digital readiness/exclusion) by following the co-creation approach in their development. In this way the project will ensure that the outputs will be suitable for any
organisation working with any of these target groups in all Europe.

In what way is the project innovative and/or complementary to other projects already carried out by the participating organisations?
WORK@BLE project is in line with the ordinary activity of each partner organisation and with some of the projects they have already carried out.
P0, P2, P3 and P4 are organisations specialised in job coaching people with mental health illness, learning difficulties, autism and intellectual disabilities from mild to moderate.
P0 has been, and also is currently involved in several European projects related to employment of people with mental health issues, funded by Progress, Lifelong Learning and
Erasmus+ Programmes. One of the most relevant and interesting EU projects is JUMP TO JOB, which focused on FROG methodology which is based on theories from
Neurophysiology and cognitive fundamentals, communication techniques from film studies, leadership and co-active coaching. During the 7 weeks training program big positive
changes happen as participants gain insight into their own personal values and unique qualities, and they set goals and form a plan for their own future. Some other relevant EU
projects was “Place & Train” which focused on IPS methodology (Individual Place and Support). Through this project we helped people with mental health issues to join into the labour
market and maintain their job. The IPS model, which is currently ongoing at INTRAS, takes as starting point the individual desire to work by the person with mental
illness.WORK@BLE complements ongoing activity of INTRAS and incorporates the innovation of the digitalisation and the accessibility to all.
P2 provides different services to people with all kinds of disabilities from the end of compulsory school until retirement. The services include Youth Coaching and Vocational Training
Assistance as well as Work Assistance and Job Coaching. The main objective of the Job Coaching programme is to assist and prepare people with disabilities to get and sustain
employment in the open labour market in the longer term. Guiding job trainings and work experience placements help to identify strengths and job-related support measures before
entering in employment. WORK@BLE will facilitate their ongoing activity by training job coaches on remote job coaching tools.
P3 has designed the ICF-based Vocational Profile which provides information about the strengths and needs of the employee and their environment. This tool facilitates the planning of
a holistic intervention, not only for employment but for all facets of life.
P4 is from Estonia, named as the most advanced digital society in the world. P4 have designed numerous digital solutions to help tackle the COVID-19 pandemic crisis. In their remote
working during the pandemic they have conducted career lessons and online counseling for their students and clients (using skype, zoom, google classroom, e-mails,
phones). However, the work, career lessons and e-coaching from a distance went well, they realised they needed a better and more systematic approach to provide better online job
coaching for people with special needs. Is that sense how WORK@BLE will be complementary and will take advantage from the P4's digital expertise, but innovating in the way for
digitally approaching the target group.
P1 is an expert in developing IT solutions for the social sector and also improving the IT access of fragile people, recognizing that the importance of the users and their needs that are
at the centre of the whole system. The project is complementary with its usual activity and in special with their colaboration project with "Cooperativa Trentina per l’Autismo”, where is
designing and implementing a process of observation, understanding and interpretation of both daily activities and extraordinary events related to the children with autism coming from
difficult enviroments. It is also of particular relevance their current experiences in ongoing Erasmus+ project (MIND INCLUSION2.0, IPA2+ and INTENSE), where play the role of
technical partners to develop technological supports for supporting fragile people (e.g., with intellectual disabilities, affected by autism, elderly with Alzheimer).
P5 has created and developed the coaching method called FROG, which mainstreams WORK@BLE methodology. P5 has already taken some steps in the digitalisation of their
coaching methods during the COVID-19 lockdown, but without any systematic approach. This project will suppose a step forward in the implementation of this successful job coaching
method providing the opportunity of developing an efficient online e-learning tool inspired in the FROG method and addressing different target groups.

How did you choose the project partners and what will they bring to the project? Does it involve organisations that have never previously been involved in a Strategic Partnerships
project?
The partnership comprises 6 countries: P0 Spain (lead), P1 Italy, P2 Austria, P3 Greece, P4 Estonia and P5 Norway. Partners were chosen to ensure coverage in terms of culture,
expertise and geographic coverage. The partnership is well balanced:
a. In terms of previous transnational work:
• P0 has more than 20 years’ experience working to improve the quality of life of the people with mental illness and has coordinated more than 150 European projects in the last 15
years.
• P1 have also experience in has experience in H2020 projects as management support (being WP leaders) and technical partner, developing ICT solutions for people as they age
(H2020 UNCAP, H2020 CAPTAIN).
• P2, P3 and P4 have also previous experience in managing and implementing European E+ projec
• P5 has taken part in EU projects previously
b. In terms of previous collaboration: Four of the partners have collaborated in other ERASMUS+ projects before: P0 and P4 are working together in the NEFELE and MENS projects;
the OUR VOICES and MEHAY projects have joined P0 and P4; P0, P3 and P5 are collaborating in JUMP TO JOB project, based also on FROG methodology for peer support,
WORK@BLE will gain from this previous work by adapting that methodology to digital means and by enriching it with other innovative tools on job coaching and with the Scape Room
for assessing skills.
Moreover P1, P3 and P4 are members of Mental Health Europe (MHE), a renowned transnational network working in the field of mental health and promoting the well-being of the
European citizens; and P0 and P3 are also member of the European Platform of Rehabilitation
c. In terms of suitability of its expertise the partnership joints together the expert on IT solutions addressed to social sector, and four service providers targeting groups with different
learning difficulties in order to ensure that the WORK@BLE output will be accessible for different targets who lack digital skills.
• P0 is an expert on vocational training programmes specially addressed to young people with mental health problems, learning difficulties and/or behavioural disorders. These
programmes are funded by the Ministry of Education and thus following the official educational curriculum but including some adaptations depending on the level of the students
learning difficulties. Moreover, it offers professional guidance and job coaching to youth, and cooperates with a number of enterprises that provide practical training to students in order
to complete the theoretical part of the curriculum.
• P1 are experts on developing and providing new technologically advanced governance solutions and computerized governance models to citizens' health and well-being
organizations, and also accessible IT solutions.
• P2 are experts on job coaching of people with different disabilities and in the use of the MELBA-IDA instrument or the matching procedure (bringing together the service user’s
competences with the requirements of the position).
• P3 has extensive experience on job coaching and job placing people with learning, intellectual and mental disabilities. They have developed a Functionality Profile based on the
International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF). The Supported Employment Service (the first of its kind in Greece) has been operating since 1997 and has
placed more than 200 individuals into the open labour market up until today.
• P4 is being offering vocational education and training for people with special needs since 1996. They provide job and capacity assessment, learning opportunities, job opportunities,
rehabilitation and support for work placement to their clients and have taken the first steps for digitalising the service.
• P5 has created the FROG method for coaching people special needs. This methoid will be the mainstream of the WORK@BLE methodology, tailor and digitally adapted to the needs

of the target groups.
d. Show differences in scope in terms of geography: The north (Estonia and Norway), centre (Austria), south-east (Greece) and south-west (Spain) of Europe are well represented.
EUROPEAN ADDED VALUE: There are differences within our partner countries in relation to the issues tackled by the project: relation with our environment and relation with the
people with special needs, specifically people with mental illness. Also, there are differences in how the governments tackled these issues at national level. By working together,
partners can explore these differences and also identify similarities, moving towards models and products that can cross the borders and become ‘European’. Our developing
intellectual products will benefit from this European cooperation in terms of joint learning and transfer of skills and experience across different cultures and environmentally situations.
How will the tasks and responsibilities be distributed among the partners?
The tasks and responsibilities of each partner have been discussed and agreed during the writing of the proposal and they are reflected in the project application and in the working
document “technical track”. Partners were asked for information on their expertise and interests and the responsibility has been allocated taking into account these areas of expertise.
In the description of the Intellectual Outputs it is detailed the number of working days of each partner for each concrete activity to be done within WORK@ABLE. Responsibilities and
tasks have been distributed in a coherent manner, balanced, adapted to the expertise of each partner and always looking for the benefit of the initiative, not for individual interests.
P0, as lead partner, will supervise every single action within WORK@BLE to check that everything is running as expected and to assure that we reach the expected results. P0 also
will lead the IO1 of the project and one of the activities included in it: the creation of the training course. P0 will also implement the two phases of the pedagogical test with its VET
mentors and job coaches and with youngsters and adults facing mental health problems. P0 will also lead the contents creation for the IO2, taking advantage of their previous
experience in gamification.
P1, being the IT expert, will lead the identification of digital learning needs, will digitalise the job coaching tools with the colaboration of the rest of partners and will be in charge of the
development and difital upgrading of the e-learning and e-coaching platform (IO1), they will also lead the IO2 (e-Scape Room). P1 will train the rest of partners on the use of the
platform once it is created, and will also organise a local multiplier event in Italy to present the project results.
P2, P3 and P4 will take part in every activity of the IO1 and IO2 and will be responsible for the local implementation of the two phases of the pedagogical test with its VET mentors and
job coaches and with their target groups. They will contribute to the identification and selection of tools upon their own experience, knowledge and research of good practice and will be
in charge of organising local multilier events in its own countries.
P5 will train the rest of partners on the FROG methodology principles, and will be responsible for the local implementation of the two phases of the pedagogical test with its VET
mentors and job coaches and with their target groups. They will contribute to the identification and selection of tools upon their own experience, knowledge and research of good
practice and will be in charge of organising local multilier events Norway
All the partners will contribute actively to the dissemination, sustainability and transferability of the project outputs by informing and disseminating the project among their stakeholders
and networks (following the indications of the WORK@BLE Dissemination Strategy), and by including the outputs to their further daily activity.

Transnational project meetings: how often do you plan to meet, who will participate in those meetings, where will they take place and what will be the goal?
Bearing in mind the travelling restrictions due to COVID-19, we will try to keep transnational project meetings to a minimum. We have planned four international face-to-face meetings
that could be held on line in case of new lockdowns and travelling restrictions.
1. FIRST MEETING: The first coordination meeting will take place in Valladolid, Spain in month 1 of the project implementation. P0 will be in charge of organizing and hosting the
meeting. The participants in this meeting will be one project manager and the coordinators of the education/employment departments of all partner organizations, except from P1,
whose participants will be one expert educative IT solutions. During this first meeting, the partnership will jointly go through the main aims and expected outcomes of the project which
will permit all partner organizations to understand and agree upon the framework to follow at every level: technical aims, vision and methodology of WORK@BLE project), financial and
at management levels. A detailed project activities plan and a monitoring grid will be presented to the partners by the coordinator. Administration and financial management rules and
reporting timetable will be deeply explained. A biannual work plan will be distributed to all partners and the concrete deadlines will be set. The Risk Management Plan will be presented
by P0 and discussed in plenary with all the partners. The draft of the Communication Plan will be as well presented. This meeting shall last two days.
2. SECOND MEETING: The purpose of this meeting is to follow up on the progress of the planned activities. The meeting shall also serve to review goals and make adjustments if
necessary, discuss difficulties encountered so far implementing the project, distribute tasks and set deadlines for upcoming months. The report from the kick-off meeting shall serve as
a benchmarking document on the basis of which performance shall be measured. This two days meeting shall take place in Tallin, Estonia, in month 8 of the project implementation,
just during the heart of the toolkit development, at the end of the platform creation and just before the pedagogical test of IO1. This will be a great forum to exchange the work done so
far and receive feedback from IT organization for the digitalization of the tools and for planning and arraging the local pedagogical tests. Partners will also brainstorm, discuss and
agree about the contents of the IO2. The attendants to the meeting will be the same as in KOM. Under the leadership of P0, the biannual work plan will be agreed by all partners and
the concrete deadlines for the next months will be set.
3. THIRD MEETING: The third coordination meeting will take place in month 16 in Austria and will last two days. It will serve to check the correspondence between goals set and
results achieved. This meeting will be very useful to discuss the feedback from the pedagogical tests: things that went well and difficulties that the national groups had to overcome.
IO2 will be ready at this point P1 will present the prototype of the game and the partners will planed the testing for the next months. Reports from previous meetings as well as the
updated monitoring grid will be considered to check the correct development of the planned activities. In addition to the past performance analysis, the meeting shall also serve to
establish goals, discuss possible difficulties and distribute tasks for the forthcoming period.
4. FINAL MEETING: This closing meeting shall take place in Athens in month 23 and shall last two days. The participants in this meeting will be all the project managers and
professionals involved in project's implementation. At this meeting the partners will review and evaluate the project as a whole and define the steps to officially close it, emphasizing the
unfinished tasks. The partners should agree on the distribution of tasks in order to close the project effectively, in accordance with the plan and the timeline. Each partner will present
their local sustainability plan to continue exploiting the results.

Project Management
How will you ensure proper budget control and time management in your project?
The consortium members have jointly conceived the project's intellectual outputs, planned the activities and the budget necessary to execute each activity. Consequently, every single
partner has a complete vision of the project and is perfectly aware of the activities and the budget foreseen to achieve each outcome of the project. This has facilitated the distribution
of responsibilities according to partners' respective competencies and expertise and the amount of time that each partner organization can allocate to the project. The involvement of
all of the partners in the development of each output contributes to the enrichment of the general structure that evolves with each participating partner and will ensure the cooperation
between the members of the consortium. All planned activities are clear, measurable and will be reached working in teams, under the leadership of the project coordinator. The latter
will work to assure the involvement of all partners and respect to deadlines.
At the beginning of the project, the lead partner will create a financial flow and tasks flow diagrams, including a detailed calendar, in order to properly monitor all the activities that will
be developed during the project's life, defining which organization is responsible for each task, when it has to be accomplished and the budget assigned to each activity. The calendar
will be updated by the project leader every 3-months and sent to partners to ensure general coordination of the planned activities.
The partnership will be formalized through a contractual partner agreement between the lead organization and each project partner, detailing the duration of the action, the role of each
beneficiary, the payment arrangements, the submission of progress and final reports and any other aspect essential to implement the project smoothly.
The partners will submit progress activity and financial reports to the lead partner every six months so that any deviation from the original plan will be detected in time and corrective
actions will be taken. All the partners will complete the templates provided by the lead partner and accompany them with supporting documents and evidence of all the expenses
incurred. The advancement of the budget to the partners will be made in four payments (25% of the total partner's budget each) linked to compliance with delivering the financial and
technical progress reports to the lead partner (in total 4 reports).
Four transnational coordination meetings will take place during 24 months of project implementation to ensure excellence in planning and monitoring the progress of the project. Every
meeting responds several purposes: progress reporting and decision-making plus action-planning on specific tasks.
During the kick-off meeting, a specific session for budget management and reporting rules will be held and the basis for the proper budget control will be established. Within each
organization, the financial manager will be responsible for- in close collaboration with the project officer- distributing the funding for the project among the internal departments, as well
as to look for other sources of financing if necessary. P0 will provide the project and financial managers at partner organizations with information about Erasmus+ financial rules and
guidelines. All the activities and tasks will be implemented by the staff of the partner organizations and no subcontracting is foreseen.

How will the progress, quality and achievement of project activities be monitored? Please describe the qualitative and quantitative indicators you will use. Please give information about
the involved staff, as well as the timing and frequency of the monitoring activities.
We will evaluate the achievement of the objectives fixed comparing the results obtained by the end of the project with the below mention quantitative and qualitative aims. We will also
analyze the achievement of not foreseen results that might appear during the reflection exercises proposed in the focus groups to be held after the pilot course. In these focus groups
will participate the learners jointly with the trainers and will be implemented in a relaxed atmosphere to facilitate putting in common inner feelings.
P0 holding a European Excellency Seal +400 (given by EFQM), will develop a monitoring and quality evaluation strategy, discussed by partners and finalized by month 3. All project
issues will be evaluated at stake throughout the project period in order to ensure successful implementation of the project, which refers to the content-related, logistic and financial
aspects of the latter. Focus will therefore be placed on evaluating the consortium links, mutual development of intellectual products, transfer of knowledge, complementary guidance
and mutual supervision to take place. Results of monitoring, quality and evaluation activity will feed into the interim and final reports.
Monitoring will involve the routine collection and recording of information quarterly to check progress against plans. P0 will develop a monitoring information system which will outline
what information will be collected and when. This will form part of the partnership manual.
Quality assurance and quality control will take place at appropriate times throughout the project. The analysis of the data will cover issues such as:
• Relevance - To what extent do our objectives respond to the needs, problems and issues identified in target groups?
• Effectiveness - What results have we had? Have we reached our objectives?
• Efficiency - Have we obtained results at a reasonable cost?
• Impact - Do the impacts of our work correspond to the needs we had identified and to the problems we had intended to solve?
• Sustainability - Do effects last after our work has finished?
The continuous improvement cycle will be based on the following points:
• Plan the activity.
• Complete the activity.
• Check on the quantitative and qualitative outputs of that activity.
• Provide a monitoring, quality and evaluation report to partners prior to every partnership meeting.
• Discuss that report at the meeting.
• Act on any successes, issues or problems.
Monitoring will enable results, processes and experiences to be documented and used as a basis to steer decision-making and learning processes. Monitoring enables the partnership
to check progress against plans. Data will be analyzed regularly by P0 and the results will be shared with the rest of partners during on-line and face-to-face meetings. We will discuss
if any changes need to be made to develop our products.
Indicators to measure the quality of the project:
• Number of visits of the same visitor to the WORK@BLE eLearning platform: If the contents are good, it is expected that the same visitor enter into the WORK@BLE platform several
times.
• Number of replies to the informative emails sent.
• Number of people finishing the WORK@BLE training course.
• Number of people using the e-Scape Room

What are your plans for handling risks which could happen during the project (e.g. delays, budget, conflicts, etc.)?
The project leader, which has worked in other projects with most of the partners, knows well how each partner works. Moreover INTRAS and P1 are members of the same network, the
European Platform for Rehabilitation, and have collaborated in many different actions before. The project leader has vast experience leading European projects, having an open mind,
respecting the working style of other organizations but always with a strict control of the tasks to be done and the available budget.
A project manual will be written by the project leader at the beginning of the project, explaining in detail the tasks to be developed by each of the partners, deadline to be completed
and main responsible. It will also include a risk management plan which will record details of all the risks identified at the beginning of the project by all the partners, as for instance:
changes in the staff involved, loss of partners, sleeping partners, delays in achieving milestones or excessive workload. Their grading in terms of likelihood of occurring and
seriousness of impact on the project, initial plans for mitigating each high level risk and subsequent results will be included. The document will be maintained by the coordinator
throughout the project’s life and will be reviewed and updated at partnership meetings in the light of the effectiveness of the mitigation strategy and as new risks are identified.
European projects bring different cultures, experiences and ways of thinking together and this can create uncertainty and the risk of conflicts. Conflicts in transnational project teams
can arise from many different sources. The reasons behind conflicts are as diverse as the conflicts themselves. Some conflicts may have a cultural background; others have to do with
the personalities involved, with different priorities or are simply the result of misunderstandings. Types of conflict can relate to general misunderstanding, linguistic understanding,
cultural misunderstanding, non-compliance with deadlines, poor performance, violation of contractual obligation and violation of contractual regulations.
The first step is to make provisions from the start to avoid some of the sources of conflict by:
• Getting to know each other as people.
• Getting to know the priorities and interests of the partner organizations.
• Identifying any intercultural differences.
• Ensuring a common working terminology taking into account linguistic, national, cultural and organizational contexts.
• Defining quality criteria which will make it easier to talk in an objective way about performance.
• Establishing project ground rules to develop a shared attitude towards agreements and deadlines.
The second step is to develop a conflict management plan based on a participative approach and focusing on four crucial aspects:
• What we consider to be conflicts in the project? Typical conflicts develop from disrespect for set deadlines, different views about the quality of contributions, non-participation in
agreed face-to-face or virtual meetings, or long response times to messages.
• Who will deal with the conflict e.g. the coordinator, appointed partner, whole team, and small sub- team?
• How will the conflict be dealt with e.g. in a group discussion, in a bilateral conversation, by a formal complaint procedure?
• How will the conflict eventually be resolved e.g. by a decision of the coordinator, by a majority vote, by consensus?
The final step is to develop an escalation plan in case repeated extensions of deadlines, e-mail reminders bilateral talks and group discussions do not improve the situation and formal
action might be required. This would be the last resort but is needed to ensure fair and objective treatment of partners and to ensure that the coordinator is able to document that
everything has been done to solve the conflict consensually.

Implementation
Please explain how will the project activities lead to the achievement of the project objectives and delivery of the planned results.
WORK@BLE’s objectives are:
1. Improving digital competences of professionals of VET mentoring and job coaching, enabling them to on-line addressing people with special learning needs.
2. Developing digital job coaching tools and methods.
3. Improve the access to on line services by people with special learning needs.
The activities of the project lead direct all of them to the achievement of the objectives:
The digital learning needs analysis (IO1-A1), the creation of innovative digital coaching tools and the friendly e-coaching platform (IO1-A3), together with the training course for
coachers in the use of the platform and tools (IO1-A2), and the pedagogical test (IO1-A4), will directly contribute to the achievement of the 1st objective of the WORK@BLE project. At
least 5 coaches in P0, P2, P3, P4 and P5 (min 25 in total) will be trained on the use of digital tools for mentoring and job coaching on-line, and they will use them during 4 months with
10 users, each. These activities will improve their digital competence for performing their work online in the future. Moreover, the creation of the methodological guide, on the basis of
the training and pedagogical test evaluation, will serve to enhance the digital competences of future coaches around Europe.
The second objective is directly achieved by the exchange, gathering, selection and digitalization of good practices on job coaching that will be performed in the A2 of the IO1 guided
by P5, who will mainstream the neuroscientific approach of FROG method in the development of the tools. Moreover the IO2 is itself a digital job coaching tool for assessing job skills.
And the access to online services by people with disabilities will be achieved through the creation of the e-coaching section of the WORK@BLE platform (IO1-A3) and the e-Scape
Room, by designing accessible, friendly and intuitive IT solutions tailored to the digital literacy of the future coachees. P1, expert on developing accessible IT solutions, will be in
charge of code developing of the WORK@BLE platform and of the e-Scape Room. Besides the pedagogical test with the final target group, the participants-based evaluation (IO1-A5),
the upgrading of the WORK@BLE platform and tools (IO1-A6) and the testing of the (IO2 -A4) will ensure their suitability and accessibility for people with limited digital skills due to
learning, mental or cognitive disabilities.

How will you communicate and cooperate with your partners?
Early and effective communication has already been established, as partners have been actively involved throughout the development of the project proposal with positive results.
The strategy for communication among partners throughout the project duration will be drafted during the kick-off meeting and formalized in an internal working document, the
PROJECT MANUAL. Cooperation among partners will be based on a common understanding of the project aims, objectives and targets. For regular communication we will use mainly
email and Skype chat but also phone calls when necessary. The transnational face-to-face meetings will be key for the common understanding of the project and they will provide the
necessary time and space to discuss the distribution of tasks, responsibilities and timelines; to conceptually conceive the content-related form of curriculum and all materials to be
produced in relation to that; to transfer knowledge and to form interdisciplinary synergies for the staff involved; to plan recruitment and PR activities in order to ensure the visibility of
the project; to discuss valorization and quality assurance of the activities planned; to discuss financial aspects of the project, including management of financial arrangements together
with preparation of reports. The aforementioned activity areas will bring together quite a substantial group of co-workers, especially since the activities planned extend beyond the three
most active players in European projects implementation – the financial manager, the general project coordinator and partner countries coordinators – and thus involve experts in
various professional areas. Altogether 4 main coordination meetings will take place in order to establish a conceptual platform for the project and monitor the activities within the
framework thus set forth.
There will be also continuous email exchanges that will assure a constant communication between the partners and a coordinated work. The lead partner will create a common space
(GoogleDrive or similar cloud data) to share all project documentation, so all partners have the same information.
Have you used or do you plan to use eTwinning, School Education Gateway, EPALE or the Erasmus+ Project Results Platform for preparation, implementation or follow-up of your
project? If yes, please describe how.
Once the project starts, the consortium will decide the platforms where WORK@BLE should be, probably EUproVET as it is much focused on VET education and seems to be a great
forum to show the benefits of the WORK@BLE project.
For sure, we will use the ERASMUS+ project results platform, where we will upload the main results of WORK@BLE so they can be available for other organizations working in the
educational field and benefit from our experience

End Date (yyyy-mm-dd) 2023-01-31
Output Description (including: needs analysis, target groups, elements of innovation, expected impact and transferability potential)
The WORK@BLE eLearning platform is a complete instrument to train job coaches and VET mentors in the use of the digital coaching tools. It will include a course on online coaching
addressing the professionals of the sector special learning needs or cognitive challenges; and also it will provide to VET mentors the digital means to deliver e-coaching to their targets.
The platform will include a section to deliver e-coaching on line. This section will be a twofold tool for coaches and also for the final beneficiares: the coached. This section will be
designed to be specially accessible, adressed and tailored to users with cognitive challenges or special learning needs.
The INNOVATION of the WORK@BLE platform relies on the digitalisation of tools for coachers addressing people with special learning needs or cognitive challenges (never done
before) in a way that any organization in any place can reproduce the training course and the e-coaching itself with positive results. This platform will allow the creation of an easy to
use teaching-learning environment, integrating didactic materials for coaches and VET mentors, and tools for delivering e-coaching, being the platform an accessible coaching tool
itself. Another innovative aspect is the co-creation approach that will be mainstream every step of the output: coaches co-create the tools by identifing and selecting the most suitable
for their target.
The WORK@ABLE platform is mainly addressed to coaches and VET mentors of the mental health and intellectual disability sectors that are looking for new ways to improve the
employability of their target groups and their access to ITC, even in pandemic times. A collection of training units will be available there for free, so any organization working on job
coaching or VET mentoring can benefit from the development of this platform and use it with their own target groups. Advises, training units, tips, didactic audiovisual material, success
stories and information about the project will be available in the WORK@ABLE platform. The platform will include these two sections:
A. ONLINE TRAINING COURSE: The course for e-job coaches will be a complete course to train job coaches to deliver online their training on skills for employment through the
WORK@ABLE platform to their clients. It will include a toolbox and a methodological guide address to coaches:
A.1. Toolbox for e-coaching: a set of different and innovative tools for coaching online. The toolbox will be organised in three stages, starting from the self assessment of skills and
competences, followed by fixing objectives and ending by tools that will enable to move on in self-promotion and the seach of job. The same stages will be used for coaching the final
users:
- READY: tools to empower users and to help them to asssess their streghts and weaks, their skills, competences and abilities.
- STEADY: coaching tools to enable users to discover and fix their own career objectives, and also to design a plan to achieve the objectives. This set of tools will be based on the
FROG methodology, funded on neuro physiology, cognitive principles, communication, leadership and co-active coaching. The training is focused on resources, hope and possibilities,

and the participants are seen as whole, creative and resourceful. The FROG methodology has proven great results over the years.
- GO! : Tools to train users in self promotion and to pursue their objectives. Self presentation techniques will be in tune with the digital era, coaches and VET mentors will learn
techniques to support the selfpromotion and the job searching of their final users also through digital means:
i. Selfpromotion: the training will focus on digital storytelling techniques to create video curriculums and to train the final users on present themselves with a possitive and attractive
image. This techniques train also transversal skills that the final users will need for facing an interview.

Output Title e-SCAPE ROOM
Output Type Learning / teaching / training material – Educational game
Start Date (yyyy-mm-dd) 2021-09-15
End Date (yyyy-mm-dd) 2023-01-31
Output Description (including: needs analysis, target groups, elements of innovation, expected impact and transferability potential)
The e-Scape Room, will be an educational game in the form of a scape room online to assess the skills and competences that final users (the coachees) have trained during the job
coaching process on an amusing and apealing way. This game will complement the job coaching by enabling the job coaches and also the final users to asses their new skills to enter
in the labor market, making them feel more confident towards their job inclusion and also training their digital skills by playing the game.
The e-Spape Room can be used also as a pre or mid- assessment of skills by the job coaches in order to know which concrete skills each "player" needs to train in depth, and also to
assess their evolution in the acquisition of them by playing during or at the end of the job coaching and comparing the results.
The e-Scape Room will have several proofs/questions related with the trained skills that the player will have to solve to get the numbers of a lock combination to open the door and get
out of the room to the open job market.
The proofs will be designed based on the outcomes of IO to test the skills trained in the three steps job coaching process:
- Get Ready stage: identification of own streghs, training of transversal skills, etc.
- Get Steady stage: identification of objectives, move to action, confidence, etc.
- Go!: possitive presentation of themselves, how to find a job (on internet), skills for facing interviews, etc.
NEEDS ADDRESSED
The assesment of the job competences is an essential factor for the job coaching that could be done on an online basis thanks to this game. With the e-Scape room the remote
assesment of skills will be possible for job coaches and at the same time it is an amazing training tool of the digital skills for the final users, making them feel more confident on the use
of digital applications and on their job skills.
The TARGETS of this game are the job coaches of unemployed vulnerable groups with limited digital skills, with special learning needs, mental health illness, intellectual dissability or
other cognitive difficulties; this is the second target.
The INNOVATION of the e-Scape Room lies on the gamification of the skills assesment. Although gamification is a trendy methodology and it is being used in educative enviroments
with the purpouse of increasing student engagement and learning by including game-like elements in learning, it is not yet a very spread methodology. In the sector of job coaching it
has been seldom applied, and never for vulnerable groups with a distance to the labour market due to their learning difficulties. Nevertheless the gamification has many benefits for job
coaching that target group.
Through the gamification of the skills asssessment, final users will take aspects of gaming into non-gaming situations. Gamification involves intentionally integrating rewards, evolving
challenges, and rapid feedback into a non-gaming process or task. This new format for life situations tends to then trigger the desire to overcome obstacles, the persistence to keep
working until some “finish line” has been reached, and that sense of exhilaration that is only felt when you’ve beaten the odds. In other words: joy.

Games have the effect of producing continued excitement, interest, and optimism despite failure. This motivation is essential for the labour inclusion of vulnerable groups, who use to
feel as "not valid" for any job or quit trying after a failed job interview. Their perspective would change if after every failure, instead of feeling dejected or defeated, they were excited to
jump back in and felt confident about the future. What would that do for jobseekers if after making it through the interview but losing out on the job, they immediately felt energized to
try again.
Then the EXPECTED IMPACT of the e-Scape Room will be:
- For job coaches: they will count with an instrument to motivate, keep the engagement to avoid frustration of their target groups, at the same time as they will asssess their
"work@bility".
- For final users: they will keep trying, be more motivated for job seeking and confidence to to overcome the difficulties and to continue trying even after each failure tonsits on the avoid
frustration. And for that reason they will increased their "work@bility" becuase they will try again after possible job rejections.
TRANSFERABILITY
The e-Scape Room is addressed in the context of this project to people with special learning needs, mental health illness, intellectual dissability or other cognitive difficulties who are
seeking for a job, but it could be applied to any other group of unemployed people with a distance to the labour market due to their limited digital and job skills. Any other organisation
addressing the labour inclusion of these groups may benefit from the e-Scape Room by using the Job Coache's Game Guidelines. The game will be available for free on line in seven
languages to ensure also their geografical transferabity in the EU
Please describe the division of work, the tasks leading to the production of the intellectual output and the applied methodology
This IO has two main worksteams: the design of the content and the idea of the game (the skills to be assess, the test, the game stages, etc.) and the ITC development.
P1 being the expert on ITC solutions will lead this output, and will ben charged of the sofware development of the application. P0 has wide experience on gamification of educative
material and will lead the design of the game in close collaboration with P5, who will inspire the creation of the game proofs accordig with the FROG methods. The rest of partners will
contrinbute in the creation of the concept and content of the game, that is to say, to design the assesment tools based on their experience on job skills assesment. P0 will also host the
game.
A1- GAME CONCEPT and CONTENT DESIGN: The definition of the idea or concept of the game: the skills to be assessed, the different tests or questions to be passed, the stages to

Activity Details (C1)
In this section, you are asked to provide details about this specific activity.
The section consists of two parts: Activity Details and Groups of Participants.
In the first part (Activity Details) you are asked to provide information about the planned activity as a whole (e.g. its venue, duration, etc.), to define the activity's lead
organisation, and to list the other participating organisations. The lead organisation is typically the one hosting the activity in its premises. In case you decide to organise the
activity outside of the lead organisation's premises, you must respect the detailed rules provided in the Programme Guide and you need to provide an explanation for this
choice as part of the activity description. The other participating organisations are all project partners who will send their participants to take part in the activity. Adding a
partner organisation to the list of participating organisations will allow you to ask funding for their participants in the second part of this section.
In the second part (Groups of Participants) you are asked to provide some details about the participants who will take part in this activity. The main purpose of this section is
to calculate the budget that the project will receive for the participants' travel, individual support and other expenses. The participants are organised in groups for easier
calculation. Each group and its budget are linked to their sending organisation.
Note on short-term joint staff training events:
Please take note that the purpose of this type of activity is joint learning and exchange between the participants, as explained in the Programme Guide. The purpose of the
activity is not to discuss and manage the project itself. While the involved staff members may discuss project management issues before or after joint staff training events,
such discussions cannot form the core part of the event and do not count towards the minimum eligible duration. If staff from project partners needs to meet to discuss
project management issues only, then funds for Transnational Project Meetings should be used to pay for their expenses.

Background Information
What is the added value of these Learning, Teaching or Training activities (including long-term activities) with regards to the achievement of the project objectives?
The added value of this LTT activity lies in these following aspects:
1. The training of trainers on the use of the platform: this is the one of the main aims of the LTT, in the opportunity to train the the trainers of the coaches in the use of the platform, with
the IT experts from P1 who will clarify any question and doubt.
2. The exchange of knowledge of the partners. The WORK@BLE course is based on the exchange of good practice and expertise of partners. With this LTT partners will have the
opportunity of sharing knowledge through the mutual training, learning the job coaching methods to be used and to clarify questions and issues relating the use of the digital coaching
tools with the users. This is the other main aim of the training.
3. The first testing of the platform and the digitalisation of tools. This LTT will also represent a firts testing for the use of the platform and the suitability of the tools by the participants in
the training. the firts amendments and improvements might well come from this LTT, and thus a second reviewed version could be ready for the pilot.
4. The LTT is also important for the developing and amendment of the methodological guide. This LTT will aslo constitute the fisrt testing of the guide, because the LTT will be design
by following the instructions already included the draft guide.
How will you select, prepare and support participants and ensure their safety? Please describe the practical arrangements including training, teaching or learning agreements, if
applicable.
Participants in this short-term joint staff training event are the professionals working within the partners' organizations. They will be coaches selected according to their profile and
suitability to deliver the pilot course to their colleagues. These trainers will be deeply explained in advance about the WOR@BLE project because they will be in charge of the training.
Their active involvement in the training and exploitation of the knowledge acquired is thus more than proven.
P1 will organize everything to ensure the maximum assure of the training as well as the safety of all the participants. All the attendees will have insurances hired by the organizations.
During this training, none of the participants will implement any task meaning a risk for them.
P1 will prepare an informative dossier including all the required telephone numbers in case of emergency, as well as a contact telephone number of the hosting partner. This document
will include information about how to reach the nearest hospital or health center.
The accommodation for the participants in the training will be placed in a safe area, as much close to the venue of the training as possible to avoid unnecessary trips and the
consequent risk.

Please also describe the arrangements for recognition or validation of the learning outcomes of the participants in Learning, Teaching or Training activities. Will your project make use
of European instruments like Europass, ECVET, Youthpass, ECTS etc. or any national instruments/certificates?
This learning activity, and the project as a whole, will promote the acquisition of new competences and knowledge by professionals. It is essential that the participants are aware of
their progress and identify the areas that they need to improve or to invest more time. This process of self-reflection does not always happen automatically, and this is the reason to
implement a process where the main transversal soft skills acquired will be certified by each partner organization. To complete it, we are going to include the "portfolio of WORK@BLE'
competences" where the main abilities improved or acquired during the WORK@BLE course will be certified.
This portfolio will include a short biography of each participant to analyze the starting point and the challenges of the learning process. Then a self-evaluation questionnaire so the
participants can reflect about their own improvement. The learning process is a personal journey, so it is highly important than the own professionals are aware about their own
progress.
Finally, a passport including a detailed description of the competences acquired/improved as a direct consequence of the WORK@BLE training course, will be given to the participant,
a formal certificate similar to the European skills passport Europass.
The guidelines and templates to complete this process of certification of competences will be available in the WORK@BLE platform, so anybody in the future could download them and
analyze their own case studies.

What is the expected impact on the participants, participating organisations, target groups and other relevant stakeholders?
The impact of the WORK@ABLE project is clear: we are going to help vulnerable people affected by the digital gap to enter, not only the digital world, but also the employment market.
Following the ET 2020 strategy in education and training, the WORK@BLE project wants to facilitate tools for the trainees to explore their potentialities and guarantee their wellbeing.
We can train people to improve their abilities and increase their knowledge but, if we do not provide them with the ability to effectively enter the labor market, all such efforts will be in
vain. Employment is the last step into the education & training process but for people with mental health problems, special learning needs or intellectual disability is the sticking point.
Digital skills are basic almost for any kind of job and we cannot forget that most of the job offers are only available online. WORK@BLE is going to make the trainees used to ITC tools
in an easy and natural way. This project emerged from the real needs and experience of the participating organizations during the COVID-19 lockdown. It was really complicated to
continue with the job coaching to the trainees, they didn’t have the abilities to follow the advices and exercises online and the trainers did not have the right tools to do it.
The acquisition of new skills and the availability of tools will lead to greater effectiveness of the work of the job coaches and to a reinforced social and job integration of the target
group.
We can summarize the impact of the WORK@BLE project as follows:
ON THE JOB COACHES
• The participants in the training will have the opportunity to improve their professional competences by increasing the knowledge, both theoretical and practical. The FROG
methodology that will be used, will help them to improve their skills that, hopefully, will improve their job performance, supporting their satisfaction and commitment. Thanks to this
methodology, trainers will stablish a more fruitful relationship with the trainees, based on confidence, motivation, empowerment and personal growth.
• Using the WORK@BLE outputs regularly, will make them more confident in their digital skills. Job Coaches’ will be more effective, as they will be able to combine face-to-face training
with online training, so it will be more feasible that they continue helping and supporting the trainees even when they start working.
• Participants will be offered tools for service design and delivery that foster a person-centered approach and will be trained in the principles of co-production.
ON THE PARTICIPATING ORGANISATIONS
• Quality of service: Having their professionals trained in the project’s innovative Curriculum will have a highly positive impact on the quality of services provided by partner institutions.
Through the training of their own Job Coaches, the organizations will have the possibility to adopt and integrate the FROG methodology in their activities. In this way they will be able
to better meet the needs for the job labour market inclusion of the target group. They will be prepared in case that face-to-face training is not possible (lockdowns, people living far
away from the training centres, etc.) or needs to be complemented with online training.
• Sustainability: WORK@BLE was born from the real needs emerged during the COVID-19 lockdown and the actions have been design based on this experience. We are sure that the
training program is going to meet the needs of the participating organizations, maximizing the impact and its real utility for them partners. This fact gives significantly encouraging
prospects to the sustainability and effectiveness of curriculum and tools inside those organizations.
ON THE TARGET GROUPS
People with mental health challenges, intellectual disability or special learning needs will benefit from the new skills learned from Job Coaches working with them even when the face-
to-face training is not possible. The person-centered approach of the FROG methodology will support them in achieving their own personal goals and, also but not limited to, job
reintegration. The approach around which the whole project should be focused has the objective of supporting the motivation of the target group, a more positive and active image of
themselves, a better ability to relate to others and in the world of work. Thus, the target group will see their quality of life significantly improved.

ON THE STAKEHOLDERS
WORK@BLE tools and training program will be disseminated to a high number of decision makers and institutions dedicated to direct provision of education, and social care services
(public education, employemnet and social services administrations, educative VET centers, day care centers, etc.). The project recognizes the importance of considering the needs of
companies and to adapt the job intervention to individual business contexts. Mutual knowledge between employer and the target group will be reinforced, helping to break down
stereotypes
What is the desired impact of the project at the local, regional, national, European and/or international levels?
LOCAL AND REGIONAL IMPACT
The result of the project will ensure greater effectiveness of job integration of the target groups. At the local level, this will lead to the reduction of social exclusion in a particularly fragile
group of people. Increased mutual understanding between companies and the target group will help to improve employers’ attitudes towards vulnerable people.
The work to be done with local authorities will be key to raise awareness about the difficulties of the job seekers having any kind of mental illness, special learning needs or intellectual
disability and thus act towards quality improvement of service provision to this specific target group.
WORK@BLE intends to help the target group to get a job and thus achieve greater economic autonomy, thus reducing the social spending of local authorities and being a relief for
their families. All these elements will help to improve the cohesion of social tissue at local and regional level.
NATIONAL IMPACT
The dissemination of the WORK@BLE tools, platform and game will allow us to focus the public attention and social discussion on the social inclusion topic, and more concretely in the
digital exclusion of vulnerable groups and its consequences for the autonomy and full exercise of their rights.
At the end of the project, the WORK@BLE platform (with the innovative materials and tools developed thanks to this project) and the e-Scape Room, will be available for free to
everybody. Other organizations working with vulnerable target groups could also benefit from the materials, tools and methodologies developed and tested during the project
implementation. So far, there is no other similar curriculum; this is why we believe that its dissemination potential is extremely high. This will guarantee its multiplying effect.
EUROPEAN IMPACT
The approach of the FROG methodology puts at the core of its action the person, her/his motivation, his/her needs. The project therefore does not aim only to complete a curriculum
dedicated to professionals in the field of social and job intervention for people with disabilities. The dissemination of the project, will be an opportunity to discuss again at European
level the form, the methodology and the approach to be adopted in the construction of services dedicated to the person. In this way the project will contribute to the dissemination of a
more person-centered and participatory approach, focussed on the co-production of services and promoting the contribution of the end-users. The project will be communicated
through a strong PR campaign with several target audiences at EU level to listen, learn and apply its lessons further on.
The curriculum has been designed with a long-term perspective, in order to produce long lasting effects at local, regional, national and European level.
The intellectual outputs will be available in seven languages: English, Greek, Estonian, Italian, German, Norwegian and Spanish, thus assuring its wide applicability on European level.
Complete transparency and open access will be assured, allowing professionals in Europe to follow the methodology with certainty and thoroughness.
WORK@BLE will provide high quality learning opportunities to youngsters and adults at risk of social exclusion, being most of them low-skilled and low-qualified, thus following the
priorities of the ET2020/European Agenda for Adult Learning. We are applying non-formal learning to increase the wellbeing, and key competences and reducing de digital gap.

You are requested to make plans for the dissemination of your project results. Please provide answers to the questions below.
What will be the target groups of your dissemination activities inside and outside your partnership?
Please define in particular your target audience(s) at local/regional/national/EU level and motivate your choice.
A solid dissemination plan will be drafted and implemented by the very beginning of the project and along all its life. Inside the partners’ organizations all the staff, users/clients and
their relatives will be informed about project activities. Outside our organizations, we will pay special attention to these three target groups:
- Professionals working with vulnerable adults: We want to give them tools to manage a completely new situation. Some of them might be as well affected by the psychologic
consequences of COVID-19, so they will need help to learn how to support the people they work to. The course will give them also confidence in their work and in their abilities. For
those not having previous knowledge on mental health, the WORK@BLE course will be indeed a lifeline.
- People with previous psychiatric problems: This collective will be specially affected by the negative consequences of the pandemic. All the feelings experienced during the pandemic
are difficult to manage: fear, isolation, turmoil, hopelessness, etc. People with previous mental health problems have even more difficulties than the general society when managing all
these emotions and the consequences of isolation are, most of the times, more dramatic in this collective. We want to reach this people and explain them that we know about the
suffering they are living, showing them than recovering is possible.
- General society: It is extremely important to inform about the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic on the mental health of vulnerable people. All of us have experienced the
effects of this terrible pandemic, but we did not put into the shoes of the people living previous difficult situations. This will be a great opportunity to talk about mental illness, special
learning needs, intellectual disabilties and break the barriers and digital exclusion attached to it.
TARGET AUDIENCE AT LOCAL/REGIONAL LEVEL
- The nearest community, the neighborhood/village/area of the partners.
- Public and private organizations working with vulnerable adults in the region of each of the partners countries: exchange of good practices.
- Organizations working to improve the quality of life of vulnerable target groups.
- Other local service providers on jov inclusion of the target groups.
TARGET AUDIENCE AT NATIONAL LEVEL
- Job coaching service providers and pre-labour workshops (i.e in Autria
- Associations of vulnerable people, especially those living with mental illness, special learning needs, cognitive dificulties.
- Associations of professionals of the disabilities field.
- Day-centers and residential homes for vulnerable people.
- National networks working in the mental health, learning needs or cognitive disabilities fields.
AT EUROPEAN LEVEL
- Networks working in the mental health field: Mental Health Europe, European Platform for Rehabilitation, etc.
- Other European partners we work with will be informed about WORK@BLE project.

Which activities will you and your partner carry out in order to share the results of your project beyond your partnership?
Dissemination is crucial when talking about mental health. There is still a social stigma attached to mental illness due to ignorance and fear to the unknown, so we need to keep on
working on explaining what mental health is, how to recognize potential problems, as for instance the PTSD, and show that it is possible to recover from mental health problems. Early
detection and intervention are key for a better recovery process and to avoid suffering of the clients and their relatives.
Concrete DISSEMINATION ACTIONS:
- Design of a corporative image for WORK@BLE, including logo, presentations, word template, etc. in the first two months of the project life.
- Design of informative posters and leaflets in all partners’ languages besides English and distribution.
- Biannual publication of an informative newsletter about the project (first on in January 2021, then June 2021, January 2022, June 2022 and October 2022).
- Permanent space in the WORK@BLE platform to inform about the project, as well as in all partners’ official websites.
- Multipliers events (7) to present the WORK@BLE platform and the e- SCAPE ROOM.
- Writing and sending of press releases to local, national and international mass media informing about the main milestones of the initiative.
- Posts about WORK@BLE in social media: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Participation in national conferences about mental health, disabilities, job inclussion nad social ITC solutions to explain about the project and its outputs (i.e.lectures to therapists,
psychologists, teachers, ITC companies, etc.)
- Sending information about WORK@BLE to European networks working in the fields of mental health and adults’ education (European Platform for Rehabilitation, Mental Health
Europe, EPALE, etc.).
- Use of the Erasmus+ Dissemination Platform to explain the objectives achieved and to provide the Erasmus community with the educative materials to be produced.
- Partners will contact to professional bodies, administrative authorities and policy makers to present the WORK@BLE project. This includes professional networks working in
employment, health, rehabilitation, adults’ education, etc.
- Regular meetings with the other service providers to present WORK@BLE (i.e. Job Coaching is a programme offered throughout Austria, other service providers in the other 8
federal states in Austria would be very interested in innovative tools; in Spain P0 forms part of national networks of job inclussion for people with mental illness; P3 and P4 will meet
with other job coaching service providers for PWD in Greece)
- News and contents related to project activities and results on partner's website;
- News and updates through periodic newsletters of partner organisations
- P1 will present the project in B2B meetings with clients;
- Project meetings in order to liaise with other relevant EU projects;
- Distribution of ad-hoc communication material such as brochures and flyers.
All the materials put into public circulation shall stay true to the chosen graphic image of the project. PR campaign of the latter will not settle for merely “spreading the news”, but will
attempt to build this project as an ambitious, recognizable and credible brand.
Virtual world will be crucial to promote WORK@BLE, we need to make an effort to inform as much people as possible about it and social media seems to be a great tool to achieve it.
These social media will be useful also for the trainers and trainees to exchange information and good practices amongst different countries.

Who will be responsible for the dissemination activities within your partnership and which specific expertise do they have in this area? What resources will you make available to allow
for the proper implementation of your dissemination plans?
Dissemination plays a major role in the WORK@BLE project. Dissemination strategy shall be led by P0-INTRAS, the lead partner, having extensive experience in large-scale
transnational activities for which it has been conducting similar approaches. INTRAS has vast experience in disseminating the results and products of EU projects and has being
responsible of the dissemination activities in many previous projects performed (not only funded by Erasmus+ and Lifelong Learning Programme but also Youth in Action, Daphne and
Interreg programs), it will ensure keeping the quality level of the dissemination strategy on the level of constant excellence.
P0 has a 20-years experienced Communication Department, led by Eva Iglesias since 2003, a graduate in documentation and information management. The department is highly
qualified in the use of the most innovative ICT and social media to promote all the activities in which the entity takes part, both at national and international level. As explained in the
description of P0, this department is very active, always trying to impact on mass media, as one of the most important tasks when working on the mental health field is to raise
awareness in the general society to fight against the social stigma attached to mental illness.
Just in 2019 this department organized more than 50 awareness actions in the community, with really positive impact. Throughout the years, the communication department has
leaded the organization of several mayor cultural, artistic and social project's set up by INTRAS, as for instance the Espacio Mental Music Festival

projects department will work together to assure the best communication campaign for the WORK@BLE initiative.
P0 will design the dissemination strategy but, of course, all the partners will collaborate on it, agreeing on the tasks proposed, suggesting different activities and implementing the plan
at national and international level.
Erasmus+ has an open access requirement for all materials developed through its projects. If your project is producing intellectual outputs/tangible deliverables, please describe how
you intend to ensure free access for the public to a digital form of this material. If you intend to put any limitation on the use of the open licence, please specify the reasons, extent and
nature of this limitation.
The teaching contents will be available for free in the WORK@BLE open source platform. This platform is thought as an open educational resource and it follows the spirit of the MIT
OpenCourseWare project of the Cape Town Open Education Declaration.

How will you ensure that the project's results will remain available and will be used by others?
The WORK@BLE platform will continue beyond the life of the project, being a reference point for anybody interested in fighting against the psychologic consequences of COVID-19 in
vulnerable adults. One of the aims of the team is to benefit as much people as possible, directly or indirectly, so we will join efforts to achieve that other organizations will benefit both
from the the WORK@BLE platform and the e-Scape Room.
All project partners (except P1) are job coaching service providers for vulnerable groups and professionals in the health and social care, allowing thus for all project results to be
integrated into their ordinary activities and service provision, continuing to be used when the project funding period will end. Indeed, all partners will ensure that the intellectual outputs
developed will become part of their activities. Furthermore, it is important to highlight that the project intends to develop tools that once produced, will remain available and can be used
by any organisation, institution or body interested in expanding current knowledge and training professionals in job coaching. In fact, each IO will be accompanied by a guide with
suggestions and recommendations for replication. After the project funding period, it is the consortium’s expectation and ambition that the results of the project will benefit both a
growing number of professionals active in the field and end-beneficiaries (unemployed people with learning difficulties, intellectual disabilities, mental health problems, etc.) but also
other target groups to which project results can be easily adapted. This will also be the main focus of the dissemination, exploitation and sustainability efforts within and beyond the
project’s remit, by utilising effective methods, strategies and the partners’ large networks.
The availability of the outputs in several languages makes them potentially useful for a great number of organisations that can and will be encouraged to integrate them into their job
coaching services. The tools will remain available from the project’s website that the partnership will keep active with own resources for at least 5 years after the end of the project. As
mentioned, the project partners will be the first ones to promote, sustain and use the project’s outcomes , using them within their own activities and promoting them within their own
networks at national and European levels.
Throughout and beyond the project implementation period, organised, systematic and continuous dissemination and exploitation efforts will be made to raise awareness to and
mainstream the project results to a wide network of interested parties and stakeholders.Besides the standard dissemination tools (newsletters, announcements, website and social
media postings etc.), more interactive and direct activities, such as exploitation events but also informal one to one meetings with stakeholders will be organised to achieve
multiplication and mainstreaming of the project’s results, lobbying for the adoption of the new materials and tools.
The strategy will adopt four key points for successful exploitation and sustainability of project results:
1. Ensure multiplication and promotion of the metholologies developed by the key beneficiaries and stakeholders involved in the project during its implementation.
2. Create an informal network of partners/stakeholders who can mainstream and multiply the results of the project sustaining them beyond its lifetime. This network will be assessed at
the beginning of the project and will be developed throughout the whole project lifetime.
3. Incorporate the project outputs in existing partners’ internal activities and communication networks (consisting of more than 15.000 organisations, institutions and individuals) to
sustain its use.
4. As a general practice, as new findings emerge from individual Workstreams, IOs or from the project corporately, the partnership will elaborate an Exploitation Plan, appropriate to
the topic that might comprise publications, presentation to professional stakeholders or ad hoc conferences, lobbying for the approval of sound policies etc

Sustainability
What are the activities and results that will be maintained after the end of the EU funding, and how will you ensure the resources needed to sustain them?
The WORK@BLE eLearning platform will continue working after the end of the EU funding (at least 5 years more, but most probably for longer), containing all the didactic materials,
the results achieved and promotional materials, everything available for free. Maintaining the domain of a platform is very cheap, so the consortium will be able to bear this cost even
not having any further funding.
Moreover, the online coaching platform of WORK@BLE will become a working tool for the partner organisations for coaching their clients/users remotely. The WORK@BLE partners
will continue offering this online job coaching to their users, as a permanent job coaching service within their organizations. It will be financed as the rest of services offered to their
users/clients. City councils, voluntary associations, mental health centers or social enterprises, amongst others, will be involved in the further sustainability of the project. The online job
coaching platform will be also available for free usage for any other organization aiming to use it for the same purposes.
The WORK@BLE partners will continue working together and looking for new follow-up initiatives to continue improving the social, job and digital inclusion of vulnerable people with
intellectual disabilities, mental health illness, special learning needs or cognitive difficulties. As we have told, a big economic crisis is following the COVID-19 health crisis and,
unfortunately, vulnerable target groups (people with disabilities, with mental health troubles, with low incomes, etc.) will be the hardest hit. Providing them with tools to increase their
self-confidence, to fix job objectives and to present themselves on a positive way will be key to broaden their job opportunities and thus their full integration into society.
The WORK@BLE partners will continue offering this training to their staff and users, as a permanent training offer within their organizations. It will be financed as the rest of services
offered by them. Working to facilitate the employment of people with mental health challenges, special learning needs and intellectual disability is always needed, so having the training
course perfectly structured will be undoubtedly an advantage for them and a good reason to keep on implementing it and even improving it if necessary. As the project emerged from a
real and urgent need, it is clear the not only the partners involved in the initiative but also other organizations working in the third sector will take advantage of the WORK@BLE set of
tools. Our efforts will be focussed on embedding WORK@BLE and its concepts into mainstream practice. The high quality standards following during the development of the materials
and methodology, will be a guarantee for its further use. Project mainstreaming will be ensured by an effectively planned Exploitation strategy, presented more extensively within
dissemination activity and will involve all partners, target groups and relevant stakeholders.
Cooperation and synergies will be established in order to transfer the results and methodology of the project to other European institutions and projects and other countries through
Erasmus+ calls or other relevant funding calls.
All partners are committed to promote the results of the project and follow the exploitation and dissemination plan. They are willing to pursue further joint activities and engagements
after the project's lifetime based on their own funds and collaborate on new proposals and projects taking advantage of the project results and knowledge. In addition, permanent links
will be created with relevant European networks to promote the project results even after its end.
