2. jaanuaril 2020 toimub oluline muudatus SK ajatempliteenuses, mis mõjutab kõiki SK
ajatempliteenuse kasutajaid.
2. jaanuaril kl 15:30 uuendatakse SK ajatempliteenuse sertifikaati. Uue ajatempliteenuse sertifikaadi
saab alla laadida aadressil https://www.skidsolutions.eu (nimega SK TIMESTAMPING AUTHORITY 2020).
Uus sertifikaat on lisatud sertifikaatide usaldusnimekirja (TL) versiooni 48, mis avaldati 03.12.2019.
Nendes infosüsteemides, kus muudatust ei ole õigeaegselt tehtud, võib olla häiritud ajatempliteenuse
kasutamine, sh selle kasutamine allkirjastamiseks ja allkirjade valideerimiseks või X-tee kontekstis.
Allkirjastamist ja allkirjade valideerimist teostavates infosüsteemides on vaja uuendada usaldusnimekirja
või seadistada süsteemid nii, et need usaldaksid uut ajatempliteenuse sertifikaati. Soovitame kõik
vajalikud seadistused teha infosüsteemides enne 2. jaanuari.
X-tee kasutajad ei pea turvaserveris seoses ajatempliteenuse sertifikaadi vahetusega muudatusi tegema.
RIA lisab X-tee keskserverisse uue ajatempli sertifikaadi, mis jõuab liikmete turvaserverini pärast
automaatset igaminutilist (global conf) uuendust. Küsimustega X-tee osas soovitame pöörduda otse RIA

Lõppkasutajatel ei ole vaja eID tarkvara uuendada. Tarkvaras on vaikimisi sisse lülitatud automaatne
usaldusnimekirja uuenduste kontroll, mis kontrollib igal käivitamisel, kas arvutis olevad
usaldusnimekirjad on kõige värskemad. Lõppkasutajad saavad abi ID-kaardi abiliinilt 666 8888.

On January 2, 2020, an important change will be implemented in the SK Time-Stamping Service, which
will affect all SK Time-Stamping Service users.
On January 2 at 3.30 PM EET, the SK Time-Stamping Service certificate will be updated. The new Time-
Stamping Service certificate is available to download at https://www.skidsolutions.eu (CN=SK
TIMESTAMPING AUTHORITY 2020). The new certificate has been added to version 48 of the Trust Service
Status List (TL) which was released on December 03, 2019.
Due to this change, users will need to either update the Trust List on their information systems or
manually set up their systems to trust the new Time-Stamping Service certificate. We recommend
making the necessary changes in your information systems before January 2nd. In systems where the
change is not made before 2nd of January, use of the Time-Stamping Service may be interrupted,
including signing documents and validating signatures.
X-tee customers will not have to make any changes in their X-tee security servers in connection to the
Time-Stamping Service certificate change. The Information System Authority will add the new certificate
to the X-tee central server, which will then be added to the security servers of all members after the
automatic global conf update which takes place once every minute. If you have any further questions

End-users do not need to update their eID software as by default it is set to automatically check for Trust
List updates, which checks whether the Trust Lists available on the computer are up to date every time
the software is launched. End-users can get further information and help via the ID-Card helpline +372
