I am pleased to inform you that IALA, in association with the Northern Lighthouse Board, will be hosting
a Workshop on the Future of Marine Radiobeacon DGPS/DGNSS, to be held in Edinburgh, UK, from 27 to
31 January, 2020.
The objective of the workshop is to discuss and develop guidance on the future of radiobeacon DGNSS,
through knowledge sharing, defining the future requirements for PNT services and discussing the future
of DGNSS. This will enable IALA guidance on DGNSS to be updated.

The International Association of Marine Aids to Navigation and Lighthouse Authorities (IALA) in association with the Northern Lighthouse
Board is hosting a Workshop on Future of Marine Radiobeacon DGPS/DGNSS, to be held in Edinburgh, UK, from 27 to 31 January, 2020.
BACKGROUND OBJECTIVE
