CONSIDERING the Framework Memorandum of Understanding concerning European Future Highly Mobile Augmented Armoured System, signed on X April 2023(“the FAMOUS FMoU”); CONSIDERING the Letter of Intent between the Minister of Defence of the Kingdom of Belgium, The Ministry of Defence of Denmark, the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Estonia, the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Finland, the Minister of Defence of the French Republic, the Federal Ministry of Defence of the Federal Republic of Germany, the Ministry of National Defence of Hellenic Republic, the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Latvia and the Ministry of Defence of the Kingdom of Spain, concerning European Future Highly Mobile Augmented Armoured System, signed on 27 November 2020; CONSIDERING the Initial Common Requirements for European Future Highly Mobile Augmented Armoured System (FAMOUS) amongst the Minister of Defence of the Kingdom of Belgium, The Ministry of Defence of Denmark, the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Estonia, the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Finland, the Minister of Defence of the French Republic, the Federal Ministry of Defence of the Federal Republic of Germany, the Ministry of National Defence of Hellenic Republic, the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Latvia and the Ministry of Defence of the Kingdom of Spain, relating to European Future Highly Mobile Augmented Armoured System, signed on 27 November 2020; FAMOUS IA1 3/22 CONSIDERING the Grant Agreement number EDIDP-CCG-2020-058-FAMOUS between the European Union (“EU”), represented by the European Commission, and the Consortium, represented by ‘the coordinator’ PATRIA LAND (Finland), dated 3 December 2021 (GA); HAVE REACHED THE FOLLOWING UNDERSTANDINGS FAMOUS IA1 4/22 SECTION 1 Definitions of terms and abbreviations All the abbreviations and definitions of the FAMOUS FMoU are applicable to this Implementing Arrangement No1 (“FAMOUS IA1”). In addition, the following definitions and abbreviations will apply: Abbreviation Terms Definition Consortium Group of entity (excluding sub-entity) which are the beneficiaries of EU funding within the framework of the EDIDP regulation and the signatories of the GA and its accession forms. Consortium Member of Consortium who acts as principal point Coordinator of contact for the purpose of consortium’s relations with the Contributing Participants. FAMOUS 1 Set of activities carried out under this FAMOUS Project IA1. GA Grant Agreement Grant Agreement number EDIDP-CCG-2020-058- FAMOUS between the EU, represented by the European Commission, and the Consortium, represented by ‘the coordinator’ PATRIA LAND (Finland), dated 10.12.2021). IA1CP Implementing Arrangement No 1 Contributing Participant IA1SC Implementing Arrangement No 1 Steering Committee SP Sub-Project WP Work Package SECTION 2 Objective and Scope 2.1 Objective The objective of this FAMOUS IA1 is to set up the detailed provisions to achieve the FAMOUS 1 Project. This FAMOUS IA1 is taken in application of the FAMOUS FMoU. All the provisions of the FAMOUS FMoU are applicable to this FAMOUS IA1. FAMOUS IA1 5/22 2.2 Scope of this IA1 In accordance with paragraph 2.6 of FAMOUS FMoU, the scope of work of this FAMOUS IA1 is defined as per Sub Projects (SP), objectives, tasks, deliverables and milestones in accordance with what is set in the GA at annex 1 and specified in FAMOUS 1 Project Contract. The work will address the following SP and WP: SP1 Management: WP1 Management and coordination SP2 Vehicle Architecture Definition and Selection: WP2 Vehicle Architecture Definition and Selection SP3 Mobility and Power: WP3 System requirements analysis of Mobility and Power sub-systems WP4 Architectural design of Mobility and Power sub-systems WP5 Concept evaluation and selection for Mobility and Power sub-systems SP4 Survivability: WP6 Survivability: Advanced materials & tools for passive protection WP7 Survivability: Advanced active protection subsystems, Integration and Validation SP5 RAS: WP8 RAS: Universal Sensor System and scalable autonomy architecture WP9 RAS: Vehicle requirements and shared situational awareness SP6 C4I and interoperability: WP10 Mission System and Battle Management Systems (BMS) WP11 Communications and Interoperability SP7 Weapon systems: WP12 Definition of Weapon Systems and sensors WP13 Architecture definition and development of Weapon Systems SP8 LCS & ISS (Life Cycle Services & In-Service Support): WP14 Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) plan for Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Digital Twin and Health & Usage Monitoring Systems (HUMS) concept WP15 ILS in operation and training FAMOUS IA1 6/22 SECTION 3 Management 3.1 The Finnish CP will set up an expert working group composed of members of IA1CPs and run by a Project Manager (PM) appointed by the Finnish CP to oversee the execution of FAMOUS 1 Project under management of the IA1SC. 3.2 Roles and tasks of the IA1SC and the PM are defined in Section 3 of the FAMOUS FMoU. 3.3 In addition to paragraph 3.2.3.b of the FAMOUS FMoU, the IA1SC will accept any update of Annex A to this FAMOUS IA1 and provide communication on the outcome to the IA1 CPs. Update of annex A is not considered as amendment detailed in Section 8 of this FAMOUS IA1. 3.4 In accordance with paragraph 3.2.3 b ii of the FAMOUS FMoU, each IA1CP will nominate one expert for supervision of PSI activities. PM will act as a coordinator for PSI activities requiring approval from national security authorities where necessary. 3.5 In accordance with the paragraph 3.2.3 b ii of FAMOUS FMoU, each IA1CP will nominate one or more experts for the quality assurance activities. The quality assurance of a deliverable and/or milestone will be executed by those IA1CPs whose industry is partaking work under a specific deliverable, milestone, task, SP or WP. SECTION 4 Contributing Participant contribution In accordance with the paragraph 4.2 of the FAMOUS FMoU, IA1CPs will contribute to the FAMOUS IA1 through financial and/or in-kind contributions as per paragraph 4.1 and 4.2 of the FAMOUS IA1. Contributions of the CPs to this IA1 will aim to be proportionate to their respective Contractors’ share of the grant received under the GA. 4.1 Financial contribution In addition to paragraph 4.2 of the FAMOUS FMOU, the overall maximum financial contribution for each IA1CP will not exceed the following amounts specified in euro at outturn basis in the table below. Unspent financial contributions will be returned to the IA1CPs, based on their respective cost-share. If the GA is terminated prematurely, then the IA1CPs will consult on how to continue with the FAMOUS 1 Project. The management concerning the financial contributions will be done in accordance with the annex A and in accordance with the Finnish laws and regulations. 4.2 In-kind contribution In accordance with the paragraphs 4.3 and 4.5.1 of the FAMOUS FMoU, the overall in-kind contribution for each IA1CP is as specified in the table below. German and Latvian Contractors do not receive financial contribution from Contributing Participants. IA1CPs Description of in-kind contribution German CP Reports on the areas of "Implementation of operator workstations (Multi-Mission-Workstation), implementation of new means of communication and vehicle-internal networking in accordance with STANAG 4754 "NATO Generic Vehicle Architecture"" for the conception and design of future land platforms for SP 2 and SP 6 of FAMOUS1. The German CP in-kind FAMOUS IA1 8/22  contribution will be treated as CP Background Information according to 6.3 of the FAMOUS FMoU. Latvian CP Organisational support for testing, training area availability, electricity, and logistical support in military camp Adazi within SP 6. Testing is planned for two periods - SEP 2022-DEC 2022 in order to obtain data for research and study and MAR 2023-APR 2023 in order to conduct final testing and validation. SECTION 5 Contracting Provisions All FAMOUS 1 Project activities are co funded by the European Union and co-contributed by all IA1CPs and the Contractors. In accordance with the paragraph 5.2.1 of the FAMOUS FMoU, the Contracting Authority will be the Finnish IA1CP who will place the FAMOUS 1 Project Contract with the Contractors in the name and on behalf of the IA1CPs. The Contracting Authority will negotiate the FAMOUS 1 Project Contract with the Contractors in accordance with the provisions of the FAMOUS FMoU and this FAMOUS IA1 and in close co- operation with the IA1CPs. The acceptance of the Project Contract will be done by the IA1SC in accordance with the paragraph 3.2.3.b. x of the FAMOUS FMoU. SECTION 6 Intellectual Property Rights The section 6 of the FAMOUS FMoU will apply to this FAMOUS IA1. SECTION 7 Security The section 9 of the FAMOUS FMoU will apply to this FAMOUS IA1. SECTION 8 Amendment This FAMOUS IA1 may be amended at any time in writing by mutual consent of all IA1CPs. Each amendment will enter into effect on the date of the last signature. SECTION 9 Settlement of disputes. In accordance with the Section 11 of the FAMOUS FMoU any dispute that may arise as a result of the interpretation or application of this FAMOUS IA1 will be settled through FAMOUS IA1 9/22 consultations and negotiations between the involved Contributing Participants and will not be referred to any third party for settlement. SECTION 10 Duration, Withdrawal and Termination This FAMOUS IA1 will come to an end four (4) years after its entry into effect or when the IA1CPs unanimously decide, in writing, to terminate it. Provisions of the paragraphs 13.3 -13.8 of the FAMOUS FMoU will apply to this FAMOUS IA1. SECTION 11 Entry into effect and Signature In accordance with paragraph 13.3 of the FAMOUS FMoU, this FAMOUS IA1 comes into effect on the date of the last IA1CP signature. It is signed in one (1) original, in the English and French languages, each version being equally valid. The original in two languages of FAMOUS IA1 will be kept with the Finnish IA1CP, which will transmit certified copies to each of the CPs. Setting-up of the FAMOUS 1 Project financial account According to the Section 5 of this FAMOUS IA1, the Contracting Authority will be the Finnish IA1CP. The Contracting Authority will set up a dedicated FAMOUS 1 Project Account detailed in annex A subsection c here below (hereinafter Project Account) in their existing accounting system for the financial contribution provided by the IA1CPs for the FAMOUS 1 Project. The Project Account will be set up in accordance with the applicable Finnish laws and regulations. The Project Account will be managed in accordance with the Contracting Authority’s internal rules for payments and auditing. The financial contribution will only be used for payments, which are necessary for the settlement of the expenses with regard to the FAMOUS 1 Project. The Contracting Authority will be authorised to initiate the payments of Consortium invoices from the Project Account after the completion of the procedure describe in this annex A subsection d. b. Call for financial contribution The Contracting Authority will issue the call for financial contribution to the IA1CPs after FAMOUS IA1 has entered into effect. The amounts raised with the call for financial contribution must not exceed the respective amounts defined in the section 4 of this FAMOUS IA1. The IA1CPs will provide financial contribution stated in section 4 of the FAMOUS IA1 in full within a period of one (1) month from receipt of the corresponding call for financial contribution. The IA1CPs will provide the Contracting Authority with a copy of their financial contribution transfer issued to the bank. If requested by an IA1CP, the Contracting Authority will confirm the receipt of such transfer by sending a statement of confirmation to the requesting IA1CP. c. Payments to the Consortium The payments to the Consortium will be made by the Contracting Authority through the Consortium Coordinator. The payments will be initiated from the Project Account by the Contracting Authority when the following provisions are met: - the Consortium Coordinator has forwarded an accepted invoice; and - the IA1SC approves the milestone for the FAMOUS 1 Project. The Contracting Authority will confirm the payment by sending a statement of confirmation to the Consortium Coordinator. Statement will be forwarded to the IA1SC upon request. The Contracting Authority shall not be responsible for any delay or defect of payments made by the Consortium Coordinator to individual members of the Consortium. e. Accounting The final total amount of the financial contribution of the IA1CPs will be equal to the total amounts of the payments drawn from the account. However, if for whatever reason any balance remains on the Project Account, it will be settled and credited to the IA1CPs in accordance with the size of their initial financial contribution. f. Annual account statement The Contracting Authority will send an annual Project Account statement listing all transactions based on approved contractor level invoicing of financial contribution during the year concerned not later than first quarter (Q1) of the following year, which will be made available also to the IA1SC. g. Closure of the account At the end of the FAMOUS 1 Project, the Contracting Authority will submit to the IA1SC the final overview of the Project Account containing the balance of the account. The IA1SC will accept or provide comments within two (2) months of the receipt of such statement. After the IA1SC has accepted final overview of the Project Account, the Contracting Authority will transfer the balance, if any, to an account determined by the IA1SC. The transfer will be FAMOUS IA1 21/22 made in the month following the acceptance of final overview of the Project Account by the IA1SC. Subsequently, the Contracting Authority will close the Project Account. CONSIDÉRANT les exigences communes initiales pour le FAMOUS entre la Ministre de la Défense du Royaume de Belgique, le Ministère de la Défense du Danemark, le Ministère de la Défense de la République d'Estonie, le Ministère de la Défense de la République de Finlande, le Ministre de la Défense de la République française, le Ministère fédéral de la Défense de la République Fédérale d'Allemagne, le Ministère de la Défense Nationale de la République Hellénique, le Ministère de la Défense de la République de Lettonie et le Ministère de la Défense du Royaume d'Espagne, relatives au futur système européen de blindés augmentés à haute mobilité, signées le 27 novembre 2020 ; CONSIDÉRANT la Convention de Subvention (Grant Agreement “GA”) numéro EDIDP-CCG- 2020-058-FAMOUS entre l’Union Europèenne (UE), représentée par la Commission 3/22 AP1 FAMOUS Européenne, et le Consortium représenté par le “Coordinateur” PATRIA LAND (Finlande) datée du 3 décembre 2021 ; ont décidé de mettre en oeuvre les dispositions conclues dans le cadre du ME cadre FAMOUS conformément à ce qui suit : 4/22 AP1 FAMOUS  SECTION 1 Définitions des termes et abréviations Toutes les abréviations et définitions du ME cadre FAMOUS sont applicables au présent Arrangement de Projet n°1 (AP1). De plus, les définitions et abréviations suivantes s'appliquent : Acronymes Termes Définition Consortium Toute entité (à l'exclusion des sous- entités) qui sont bénéficiaires d'un financement de l'UE dans le cadre du règlement PEDID et de la signature du GA. AP1PC Participant Contributeur à l’Arrangement de Projet 1 AP1CD Comité Directeur à l’Arrangement de Projet 1 SP Sous-Projet WP Lot de Travail 5/22 AP1 FAMOUS SECTION 2 Objectif et portée 2.1 Objectif L’objectif de cet AP1 FAMOUS est de mettre en oeuvre les dispositions détaillées pour la réalisation du Projet FAMOUS1. Cet AP1 FAMOUS est mis en œuvre en application du ME cadre FAMOUS. Toutes les dispositions du ME Cadre FAMOUS sont applicables à cet AP1 FAMOUS. 2.2. Portée de cet AP1 Conformément au paragraphe 2.6 du ME Cadre FAMOUS, la portée des travaux du présent AP1 FAMOUS est définie en Sous-Projet (SP), objectifs, tâches, livrables et jalons conformément à ce qui est prévu dans le GA à son Annexe 1, et a ce qui est spécifié dans le Contrat de Projet. Le travail porte sur les SP et WP suivants : SP1 Gestion : WP1 Gestion et coordination SP2 Définition et sélection de l'architecture des véhicules : WP2 Définition et sélection de l'architecture des véhicules SP3 Mobilité et énergie : WP3 Analyse des exigences des sous-systèmes de mobilité et d'alimentation électrique WP4 Conception architecturale des sous-systèmes de mobilité et d'alimentation électrique WP5 Évaluation et sélection des concepts des sous-systèmes de mobilité et de puissance SP4 Survie : WP6 Capacité de survie/ survivalité : Matériaux et outils avancés pour la protection passive WP7 Survie : Sous-systèmes avancés de protection active, intégration et validation SP5 RAS : WP8 RAS : Système universel de capteurs et architecture d'autonomie évolutive WP9 RAS : Exigences relatives aux véhicules et connaissance partagée de la situation SP6 C4I et interopérabilité : WP10 Système de mission et systèmes de gestion du combat (Battle Managment System « BMS ») 6/22 AP1 FAMOUS  WP11 Communications et interopérabilité SP7 Systèmes d'armes : WP12 Définition des systèmes d'armes et des capteurs WP13 Définition de l'architecture et développement des systèmes d'armes SP8 Cycle de vie en service et maintien en condition opérationnel (Life Cycle Services & In- Service Support « LCS & ISS ») : WP14 Plan d'analyse du soutien logistique (Logic Support Analysis « LSA ») pour le concept de jumelage numérique du soutien logistique intégré (Integrated Logistics Support « ILS ») et des systèmes de surveillance de la santé et de l'utilisation (Health & Usage Monitoring Systems «HUMS»). WP15 ILS en opération et en formation SECTION 3 Gestion 3.1 Le PC finlandais met en place un groupe de travail d'experts composé des représentants des AP1PC et dirigé par un Gestionnaire de Projet (Project Manager “PM”) nommé par le PC finlandais afin de superviser l'exécution du Projet FAMOUS 1 sous la direction de l'AP1CD. 3.2 Les rôles et les tâches de l'AP1CD et du PM sont définis dans la section 3 du ME cadre FAMOUS. 3.3 En complément du paragraphe 3.2.3.b du ME cadre FAMOUS, l'AP1CD accepte toute mise à jour de l'annexe A du présent AP1 FAMOUS et communique sur les résultats aux PC AP1. La mise à jour de l'annexe A n'est pas considérée comme une modification au sens de la section 8 du présent AP1 FAMOUS. 3.4 Conformément au paragraphe 3.2.3 b ii du ME cadre FAMOUS, chaque PC IA1 désigne un expert pour la supervision des activités relative à l’ISP. Le PM agit en tant que coordinateur pour les activités de l'ISP nécessitant l'approbation des autorités nationales de sécurité, le cas échéant. 3.5 Conformément au paragraphe 3.2.3 b ii du ME cadre FAMOUS, chaque AP1PC désigne un ou plusieurs experts pour les activités d'assurance qualité. L'assurance de la qualité d'un livrable et/ou d'une étape est exécutée par les AP1PC dont l’industriel participe aux travaux relatifs à ce livrable, cette étape, cette tâche, un SP ou un WP spécifique. 7/22 AP1 FAMOUS SECTION 4 Contribution des Participants Contributeurs Conformément au paragraphe 4.2 du ME cadre FAMOUS, les AP1PC contribuent à l'AP1 FAMOUS par des contributions financières et/ou en nature, tel que défini aux paragraphes 4.1 et 4.2 de l'AP1 FAMOUS. Les contributions des PC à cet AP1 s’efforcent d’être proportionnelles à la part de la subvention reçue par leurs Contractants respectifs dans le cadre du GA. . 4.1 Contribution financière En complément du paragraphe 4.2 ME cadre FAMOUS, la contribution financière globale maximale de chaque AP1PC ne dépasse pas les montants suivants, exprimés en euro sans variations de prix dans le tableau ci-dessous. Les contributions financières non dépensées sont restituées aux AP1PC, sur la base de leur participation respective aux coûts. Si le GA prend fin prématurément, les AP1PC se consultent sur la manière de poursuivre le projet FAMOUS 1. 8/22 AP1 FAMOUS La gestion des contributions financières est effectuée conformément à l'annexe A et aux lois et règlementations finlandaises. 4.2 Contribution en nature Conformément aux paragraphes 4.3 et 4.5.1 du ME cadre FAMOUS, la contribution en nature globale pour chaque AP1PC est indiquée dans le tableau ci-dessous. Les Contractants allemands et lettons ne reçoivent pas de contribution financière des Participants Contributeurs. AP1PCs Description des contributions en nature PC Allemand Rapports sur les domaines "Mise en œuvre de postes de travail des opérateurs (Multi-Mission-Workstation), mise en œuvre de nouveaux moyens de communication et mise en réseau interne des véhicules conformément au STANAG 4754 "NATO Generic Vehicle Architecture"" pour la conception et le design des futures plates-formes terrestres pour les SP 2 et SP 6 de FAMOUS1. La contribution en nature du PC allemand est traitée comme une information préexistante du PC conformément à l'article 6.3 du ME cadre FAMOUS. PC Letton Soutien organisationnel pour les essais, la disponibilité des zones d'entraînement, l'électricité et le soutien logistique dans le camp militaire d'Adazi au sein du PS 6. Les essais sont prévus pour deux périodes - SEP 2022-DEC 2022 afin d'obtenir des données pour la recherche et l'étude et MAR 2023-APR 2023 afin d'effectuer les essais finaux et la validation. SECTION 5 Dispositions contractuelles Toutes les activités du projet FAMOUS 1 sont cofinancées par l'Union européenne et cofinancées par tous les AP1PC et le Consortium. Conformément au paragraphe 5.2.1 du ME cadre FAMOUS, l'Autorité Contractante est l'AP1PC finlandais qui passe le Contrat de Projet avec les Contractants au nom et pour le compte des AP1PC. L'Autorité Contractante négocie le Contrat de Projet avec les Contractants excluant des sous- traitants conformément aux stipulations du ME cadre FAMOUS et du présent AP1 FAMOUS et 9/22 AP1 FAMOUS en étroite collaboration avec les AP1PC. L'acceptation du Contrat de Projet est effectuée par l'AP1CD conformément au paragraphe 3.2.3.b. x du ME cadre FAMOUS. SECTION 6 Droits de propriété intellectuelle La section 6 du ME cadre FAMOUS s’applique à cet AP1 FAMOUS. SECTION 7 Sécurité La section 9 du ME cadre FAMOUS s’applique à cet AP1 FAMOUS. SECTION 8 Amendement Cet AP1 FAMOUS peut être amendé à tout moment par écrit par consentement mutuel de tous les AP1PC. Chaque amendement entre en vigueur à la date de la dernière signature. SECTION 9 Règlements des différends Conformément à la section 11 du ME Cadre FAMOUS, tout différend pouvant résulter de l'interprétation ou de l'application du présent AP est réglé par des consultations et des négociations entre les Participants concernés et n’est pas soumis à un tiers pour règlement. SECTION 10 Durée, Retrait et Dénonciation Cet AP1 FAMOUS prend fin quatre (4) ans après son entrée en vigueur ou lorsque les PCAP1 décident à l’unanimité, par écrit d’y mettre fin. Les dispositions des paragraphes 13.3 à 13.8 de de ME cadre FAMOUS s’appliquent à cet AP1 FAMOUS. SECTION 11 Entrée en vigueur et signature Conformément au paragraphe 13.3 du ME cadre FAMOUS, cet AP1 FAMOUS entre en vigueur à la date de la dernière signature par un AP1PC. Il est signé en un (1) orignal, en langues française et anglaise, chaque version étant également valable. Mise en place du compte de Projet Conformément à la section 5 de ce FAMOUS IA1, l'Autorité Contractante sera l'AP1 PC finlandais. L'Autorité Contractante crée un compte de projet spécifique, détaillé à l'annexe A, sous- section c, ci-dessous (ci-après dénommé "compte de Projet"), dans son système comptable existant, pour la contribution financière fournie par les AP1 PC pour le Projet FAMOUS 1. Le compte de projet est créé conformément aux lois et règlements finlandais applicables. Le compte du Projet est géré conformément aux règles internes de l'Autorité Contractante en matière de paiements et d'audit. La contribution financière ne sera utilisée que pour les paiements nécessaires au règlement des dépenses relatives au Projet FAMOUS 1. L'Autorité Contractante est autorisée à initier les paiements des factures du Consortium à partir du compte du Projet après l'achèvement de la procédure décrite dans la présente annexe A, paragraphe d. b. Appel de fonds L’Autorité Contractante procède à l’appel de fonds auprès des AP1PC après l’entrée en vigueur de l’AP 1 FAMOUS. Les montants collectés lors de l’appel de fonds ne peuvent excéder les montants respectifs définis à la section 4 du présent AP1 FAMOUS. Les AP1 PC fournissent la totalité de la contribution financière mentionnée à la section 4 du présent AP1 dans un délai d’un mois à compter de la réception de l’Appel de fonds correspondant. Les AP1 PC fournissent à l’Autorité Contractante une copie du transfert de sa contribution financière à la banque. Si un AP1 PC le demande, l’Autorité Contractante confirme la réception de ce transfert en envoyant une déclaration de confirmation au PC demandeur c. Paiement au Consortium Les paiements au Consortium sont effectués par l'Autorité Contractante par l'intermédiaire du Coordinateur du Consortium. Les paiements sont initiés à partir du Compte du Projet par l'Autorité Contractante lorsque les stipulations suivantes sont respectées : - le Coordinateur du Consortium a transmis une facture acceptée ; et - l'AP1 CD approuve le jalon pour le Projet FAMOUS 1. L'Autorité Contractante confirme le paiement en envoyant une déclaration de confirmation au Coordinateur du Consortium. La déclaration est transmise à l'AP1 CD sur demande. L'Autorité Contractante n’est pas responsable de tout retard ou défaut de paiement effectué par le Coordinateur du Consortium aux membres individuels du Consortium. e. Comptabilité Le montant total final de la contribution financière des AP1 PC est égal au montant total des paiements prélevés sur le compte. Toutefois, si, pour quelque raison que ce soit, un solde subsiste sur le Compte du Projet, il est réglé et crédité aux AP1 PC en fonction du montant de leur contribution financière initiale. f. Relevé de compte annuel L’Autorité Contractante envoie annuellement un relevé de compte du Projet détaillant toutes les transactions relatives à la facturation de la contribution financière approuvée par le Contractant pendant l'année concernée au plus tard au premier trimestre (Q1) de l'année suivante, qui est également mis à la disposition des AP1PC. g. Clôture du compte A la fin du Projet FAMOUS 1, l'Autorité Contractante soumet à l'AP1 CD l'aperçu final du compte du Projet contenant le solde du compte. L'AP1 CD accepte ou fournit des commentaires dans les deux (2) mois suivant la réception de ce relevé. 21/22 AP1 FAMOUS Après que l'AP1 CD ait accepté la situation finale du compte du Projet, l'Autorité Contractante transfère le solde, s'il y en a un, à un compte déterminé par l'AP1 CD. Le transfert est effectué dans le mois suivant l'acceptation de la situation finale du compte du Projet par l'AP1 CD. Par la suite, l'Autorité Contractante ferme le compte du Projet. 22/22 AP1 FAMOUS
