Dear Madam, Sir,
Following our above-referenced communication informing you that your Administration is considered as
affected by some of the proposed modifications to the GE06 List published in the above-referenced Special
Section, and in accordance with paragraph No. 4.2.4.7 of the Regional Agreement, Geneva 2006, the
Radiocommunication Bureau (BR) wishes to inform you that to date no comment has been received from
your Administration concerning these proposed modifications.
Your Administration is therefore invited to provide the BR with a decision by 28 August 2022. If the BR does
not receive a decision from your Administration by that date, it will be deemed that your Administration
does not agree to the proposed modifications to the List (see No. 4.2.4.8), unless the provisions of Nos.
4.2.4.9 and 4.2.4.10 are applied.
The BR remains at your disposal for any further information and clarification.
