Subject: Application of No. 4.2.4.7 of the Regional Agreement, Geneva 2006 (GE06)

Dear Madam, Sir,
The Radiocommunication Bureau (BR) wishes to inform you that within the period of 75 days following the
date of publication of the above-referenced Special Section, the decisions of the affected administrations,
communicated to BR are as follows:
- the administrations that have communicated their agreement: the Russian Federation;
- the administration that has communicated its disagreement: Latvia; and
- the administrations that have not replied to BR: Finland.
Your attention is drawn to the fact that, according to No. 4.2.4.8 of the Agreement, when an administration
has not replied within the 75-day period, it is deemed that this administration has not agreed to the
proposed new or modified assignment, unless the Nos. 4.2.4.9 and 4.2.4.10 are applied.
BR remains at your disposal for any further information and clarification.
