Please note that wireless microphones operating between 470 and 694 MHz are freed from permit, as long as e.r.p.
is below 50 mW and equipment is made according to CEPT/ERC/REC/(70)03, EN 50385, EN 301 489-1, EN 301 489-3,
EN 300 422-2 and EN 62368-1.
Information about this can be found (in Estonian) in the regulation Raadiosageduste kasutamise tingimused ja
tehnilised nõuded sagedusloast vabastatud raadioseadmetele annex 13 Raadiomikrofonid table 13.3.
Same information in German can be found in Tris database page 170 of the regulation file.
You could consider avoiding frequencies (from MHz-to-MHz) 486-494, 582-590, 622-630, 646-662, 678-686, because
there is DVB-T tower ~12 km from Otepää, that is using these.
My colleagues are looking at frequencies in the application that need a permit and will contact you shortly.

If you plan to use
PMSE equipment made according to decision (EU) 2016/339 (and standards EN 50385, EN 301 489-1, EN
301 489-28, EN 302 064, EN 62368-1), using frequencies between 2010 MHz and 2025 MHz or
PMSE equipment made according to recommendation CEPT/ERC/REC 25–10 (and standard EN 302 064)
using frequencies from below list:
2075,25 MHz - 2110 MHz
2245 MHz - 2290 MHz
2290 MHz - 2300 MHz
2390 MHz - 2400 MHz
10,3 GHz - 10,45 GHz
21,2 GHz - 21,4 GHz
47,2 GHz - 48,5 GHz

made of and which frequencies is it using.
