Hello everyone,
I am writing to request information on remote hearings and the digitization of appeal proceedings.
We are currently drafting amendments to our regulations in this area, which also requires PPO to present the situation in other member states.
If possible, please indicate:
1. Are appeals (remedies) in the first instance heard in the form of remote hearings (i.e., with the possibility of participating in the hearing online) accompanied by the digitization of the circulation of documents in the proceedings?
2. Does the electronic circulation of documents cover both the filing of appeals - remedies (via the IT system) and the exchange of documents with the chamber/court (first instance review body) and between the parties and participants in the appeal proceedings?
If you could provide brief answers until Friday, it would be great.
